It had long been on my mind, that one day I was going to turn my pictures into postcards, and see how they turn out. This Christmas, I got tired of the commercial cards. Yes, some of them are really nice, but I wanted my friends to have something unique, and really 'me'. As I searched on the web, I found a relatively reasonable priced postcard printer, and started to print out my Christmas postcards.  I picked out some of the shots that stand out the most, taken both in the UK and in Taiwan. After they were completed, I got the result within a week.  Then, I thought, why not make a set of 'London Paddington' postcards, too? So I did, and voila! Here they are:

很早就想要將自己的照片做成明信片了！這個聖誕，突然間不是很想購買市面上的卡片，但又沒時間手作。又想要給朋友獨一無二的卡片，就上網搜尋了一下。找到這間價錢合理的印刷廠，就上去編輯我的卡片了！挑了一些英國以及台灣所拍攝的精華，然後七個工作天之後就拿到貨了。同時，我也想說，怎麼不順便把倫敦熊也做成明信片呢！所以後來又加訂了一批，也有提供給好友們一起購買：

After Cambridge, it was inevitable to visit its rival city, Oxford.  There are also many tourists here.  This bookshop is one of our favourite places in Oxford. So many books, but so little money to buy them all!

Whitstable is yet another cute little town. We came here for the Oyster Festival. So much fun! So much food! It was high tide when we came, and low tide when we left. Yet look behind me! There is still light!

The trains in the UK are much more complicated than the trains in Taiwan.  Obviously, because the UK is much larger than Taiwan.  It's not easy to buy train tickets, but it's not rocket science either.  Train rides are fun, except when you have to change several times before you reach your destination.  Neither are they fun when the ride is long, as the back of the seats cannot be adjusted!

英國的火車比台灣的火車還要複雜。這當然是因為英國的地比較大啦！所以買票不容易（很難搞懂），但他也不是那麼地難懂啦。火車很好玩。但是當你要轉很多次車你可能就不覺得好玩。而且若你需要座很久，你可能也不會覺得好玩。因為這裡座位的靠背都不能調整呢！

It's easy to neglect your most basic needs when you're traveling. Perhaps due to issues of convenience and budget, sometimes you don't get to eat very nice food.  Still, you must learn to eat healthily at the lowest cost while wandering around.  Because this makes travelling even more fun!
