This Thai restaurant is located not far from Housanpi Station. I wouldn't exactly label them as 'authentic', but the price is within a reasonable range, and the taste is truly, not bad at all. I have posted a review for this place some time back, but I was still using a crappy camera. Since (hopefully) my technique had improved, I thought the place was worth one more introduction. These pictures were taken during a meal about a year ago, but we've been having so much Thai food, I thought it was a good opportunity to get rid of these photos. Don't worry about the quality, because we'd been back many times since this visit, and proved that the quality was, in fact, very stable.

The rice seemed to taste like Thai rice.
The main target seemed to be Taiwanese customers as well, seeing that there were chopsticks on the table, instead of the usual Thai style utensils of fork and spoon. The dishes are a mixture of Yunan, Burmese and Thai. So don't expect it to be really authentic. With that said, the actual taste of the dishes remains our main focus.
Quite a nice dish for the hot weather. It's sour and spicy and goes well with plain rice, or just by itself.
It's not bad. We don't usually order this. We only have this when we have a crave for this dish. If you don't feel like having the salty fried veggies, this is a nice alternative for a veggie dish.
Thin sliced pork with special sauce
Another cold dish here. It's a rather 'safe' dish to order. I'd barely seen any restaurant mess this dish up. The feature of this dish is the shredded cabbage beneath the sliced pork. The sauce drips down to it, and helps season the cabbage - you won't taste the bitterness of uncooked cabbage at all.
This place has my favourite khrapao. The price is reasonable, and they don't put any onions in it. When I used to go swimming at the sports centre nearby, I'd come here after a session, and pack a serving of khrapao to go. One serving makes two meals for me!
The actual soup itself is nice, but don't expect too much of the other ingredients in it. I strongly recommend that you concentrate on drinking the soup itself. Don't worry too much about the rest. Or, just order the shrimp version instead of the mixed seafood version.
Steamed cod.
As you can see, there's not much to the cod itself. But the sauce they use is quite tasty. Great for finishing up another bowl of rice!
There were four of us at this meal, so it was okay for us to order another plate of veggies.
It's located not far from the night market and the clothing paradise of Wufenpu. I reckon it's a nice choice to take care of your meal after a shopping spree!
