這天早晨起來的第一件事情，就是期待著收留我的女主人親手做的愛心英式早餐。或許有人嫌他油膩。或許有人嫌它不好吃。你看那大家都討厭的豆子，英式早餐少了他卻又不能稱之為正宗的英式早餐。
A hearty homemade English breakfast. That was the first thing to expect that day after I opened my eyes. People think it's greasy, and some say it's barely edible. Many of my Taiwanese friends are disgusted by the baked beans, something that makes English breakfast what it is.
不吃豬肉的我，因為真的很想吃道地的homemade英式早餐，因此也沒跟女主人說我不吃豬肉。早餐有什麼，我就吃什麼。我吃的狼吞虎嚥，停下來才看到男女主人都悠哉地慢慢吞食。此時我才察覺到，我的狼吞虎嚥，是因為我捨不得。
I don't eat pork. But I really wanted to try a homemade version of English breakfast. I didn't even bother explaining to my host about my dietry preference. I ate whatever was put on the table (thank goodness there was no black pudding!). I devoured everything like a hungry animal, then I noticed how gracefully my hosts were consuming this delightful meal. That was when I realised that this was because I was reluctant to leave this country.
這一餐吃完後，我這一生還有機會吃到人家親手做的英式早餐嗎？這一餐吃完，我下一次來到英國又會是什麼時候呢？所以我貪心的想要把我看到的一切全部吞進肚子裡。
After this meal, only heaven knows when I'll be able to enjoy a homemade English breakfast again. Or even when I'll be in this country again! So I wanted to stuff everything I saw into my tummy and take it home with me!
這一餐吃完之後「英式早餐」將成為一段回憶。一段很美麗的回憶。
Everything will become part of a beautiful memory. 
這段回憶屬於我一個人獨有。因為天知道，我利用多久的時間醞釀的念力才將我自己送到英國去。這段過程，親友的陪伴與支持成了最佳的鼓勵與動力。
This memory will belong to me, and me alone. Only heaven knows how long and how hard I've worked to get myself to the UK - a process that wouldn't have fruitful results without the help and support of family and friends.
上天真的是很戴愛我的。我真的萬萬沒有想到離開後還有機會能夠再回來，完成我前一次離開沒有達成的一些遺憾。
I thank the heavens for giving me a second experience with this lovely place. I got to finish what I didn't do when I left after my first stay.

Allsop Arms is the name of a pub near Marylebone/Baker Street station. I got a call from a mate just as I was finishing up my tour of The Tower, and arranged to meet him at Marylebone. After we met, this was the first pub we saw, and in we went. It was pretty quiet at the time, so it was a great place to chat and grab a bite. Well, I had more than a bite. 
這間是位於Marylebone/Baker Street地鐵站的一間pub。友人剛好在我快逛完倫敦塔的時候打了電話給我。我們約好在Marylebone車站見面後找到了這間pub。當時不是挺吵的，所以還蠻適合聊天跟解嘴饞的。不過我好像還吃蠻多的～

Yes. I do realised the start of this article is quite a contrast to the last one I posted. This last of the Tower of London Trilogy, contains the bits and pieces of the rest of the castle. To start off lightly, let's take a look at who London Paddington found during our trip here. 
是的！這篇跟上篇比起來實在是差很多！在這篇倫敦塔三部曲的最後一篇裡包含的就是剩餘的部分囉！其實沒有什麼特定的主題，也有點雜。不過首先，先來看看倫敦熊在這裡遇到了誰！

Sir Walter Raleigh was kept here. Raleigh was an explorer (pirate), spy, and also a poet. If you'll recall from the movie 'Elizabeth', he was sent to the tower for marrying on of Queen Elizabeth's lady-in-waiting without her permission. 
雷利當時就被關在這。他在當時是個冒險家（海盜），間諜，但也是個詩人。如果看過電影『伊莉莎白』的話或許你會記得：他被關起來是因為他未經過女王的同意就私下跟女王的侍女結婚。

I made the right decision in forfeiting The Tower in 2009. I wouldn't have had enough time to really enjoy it. I arrived in the morning, shortly before noon (or possibly around noon), and didn't finish touring around the place till five in the early evening! By then, I was completely worn out, and needed to recharge... 
我覺得2009年放棄這裡是對的決定！當時我不可能會有足夠的時間看完全部！我早上（接近中午）還是中午左右到的，一直到五點左右才參觀完！到了此時，我已經快虛脫了！所以就來點充電的...

"I am King Henry VIII" 『我是英國國王亨利八世』
This is the special exhibition that I had missed out on during my 2009 trip to London. At the time, I didn't think that I would have the chance to see it, even if I could come back to London. But I did. And I considered myself very fortunate. 
這就是我2009年離開英國前錯過的特展。當時壓根沒想到即使有機會再來英國還能有機會參觀。所以這次能夠看到特展，實在是超級幸運啊！

King Henry VIII may be the one king that most people are more familiar with (with the exception of George VI after the release of the King's Speech...). This famous/infamous Tudor King who is probably best known for the foundation of the Church of England, and his many unsuccessful marriages. I think it is a bit sarcastic, though, that the King who had sent so many traitors to be locked and/or beheaded here, now has an exhibition of his armours in this very same place. 
亨利八世應該是大家最不陌生的國王了吧（除了王者之聲的喬治六世之外...）大家對這個非常名聲響亮的都鐸王朝國王的認知或許是因為英國國教的成立，也或許是因為他那多次不順利的婚姻。天仙個人是覺得，一個不知道關了多少所謂的叛徒進倫敦塔最後也不知道在這裡砍了多少叛徒的頭，最後自己的盔甲展卻也是在這裡展出其實還蠻諷刺的。
But I don't think I should waste any more time on the history, and deprive you the joy of enjoying this special exhibition - 'Dressed to Kill.' 
不過歷史課上完了，現在就來認真看特展：『Dressed to Kill』

This is the place that I had left with regret during my 2009 trip to London. This time, to make sure it does not become a second-time regret, I made sure it was done during the beginning of the whole England itinerary. Although the weather wasn't as great as the last time round, at least I saw the grey sky that belonged rightfully to London. 
來到2009年離開前的遺珠之憾，倫敦之塔。這次把他排在所有其他重要行程前，就是為了不再讓他成為遺憾！雖然天氣不比上次佳，但其實我很慶幸，我終於看到屬於倫敦的灰暗天空了！

Welcome to the City of London, where there are surprises waiting for you around each tiny little corner. During the last visit to London, I visited and saw the major sites of tourist attraction - Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, St. Paul's...etc... This time, I got to see the mirco-beauties of this wonderful city.
歡迎來到倫敦。這是一個每個角落都充滿了驚喜的城市。上次來到這裡我參觀也見到了許多重要的觀光景點：白金漢宮、西敏寺、倫敦眼、聖保羅等等。。。不過這次我看到了一些比較細膩的地方喔！
With a new camera, and the thought 'I've been here before', allowed me to notice things that I had probably missed out on the first time round. 
帶著新相機以及『我來過』的念頭，發現這次比較能發現一些小小的細節。這些可能都是我第一次錯過的。

Okay, the purpose of this article is not to show you all the dragons around the city, but to show you the death of one dragon - the dragon killed by the patron saint of England, St. George. 
其實這篇的重點不是帶大家看遍倫敦的龍（西方龍，不是中國龍）。不過是要來看一隻很特別的龍，看他怎麼死的（無誤）。殺死牠的人呢就是英格蘭的保護聖徒，聖喬治～
What do you think? Impressive isn't it? This is tucked away in a very hidden corner. I've included a map at the bottom of this article, but if you ask me to direct you there again, I probably couldn't. So good luck in finding it! It is worth a see. You can arrange it along your visit to Temple on your itinerary.

Marble Arch is located right across from Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park. Designed by John Nash in 1828, it was based on the Roman triumphal arch of Constantine. It was first erected elsewhere, and only moved to its current location in 1855. 
這座大理石拱門就位於海德公園的Speakers' Corner對面。由John Nash於1828年設計，是以羅馬康斯坦丁的勝利拱門為設計範本。最初的設立地點並不是現在的所在地，而是在1855年才搬來這裡的。
Can you believe that there are three small rooms in here that used to serve as a police station until 1950? Another trivia is that some of the sculptures here ended up in the National Gallery because of the designer's financial problems.
你相信這裡面會有三間房間嗎？以前這小房間是用來當小警局用的。另外一則小知識就是，因為設計師後來經濟狀況亮紅燈，所以許多雕像最後都落到National Gallery裡了呢～

This massive work of art sits so still in the midst of the hustle and bustle of mid-town London.

Take the tube and get off at Marble Arch, before heading off to a day of shopping on Oxford Street, or strolling in Hyde Park. It's a pity to miss such a beautiful piece of art. 
搭乘倫敦地鐵，在Marble Arch站下車。在去Oxford Street血拼之前，或是去海德公園悠閒過一整天之前，就順道來這欣賞一下。不看有點可惜呢！

During my 2010 trip to the UK, I made sure that 80% of the places I went, were places I was visiting for the first time. The reason for that is because I wanted to see as much of England as I possibly could. So however much I longed to re-visit certain places, I had to make a choice. 
Among these places, Hyde Park was one of the must-see places on my list, but didn't get a chance to visit. I chose to come here on a Sunday, especially. You'll see why in a minute. 
這趟2010年的英國之旅的行程包含了80%我之前沒去過的地方。其實我也很想重回以前拜訪過的地方，但是因為我很貪心的想要看到越多地方越好，所以只好從中做個抉擇。
其中，Hyde Park就是曾被我標榜為必拜訪但無緣拜訪之地。特別選在周日來到這邊。想知道原因嗎？看下去就對囉！

Don't I just love to stall! Okay, I promise that this is the start to my 2010 UK trip articles. Upon my return to Taiwan on October 5th, 2009, I was so devastated to leave. Then, in December of that same year, I was lucky enough to gain a chance to go back to the UK, only this time as a full-time tourist. Thanks to my many friends (and a teacher), I'd had such a splendid time traveling around places I have been and places I have not been! 
Thank you, friends, for making this second trip to the UK, yet another unforgetable memory in my life! 
真是愛拖戲啊！不是啦！我不是故意的！這真的是2010遊記的開始！2009年十月五號抱著不捨的心情回到台灣。不過當年底又讓我獲得一次能夠再次回到英國領土的機會！真是開心的不得了！這次，當然是以全職的遊客的身份來逛遍英格蘭！多虧有眾多朋友（以及一位老師）的收留，讓我這一次又帶回了滿滿的回憶！這次我二度拜訪了一些地方，但也去了許多從未去過的地方！
感謝各位朋友，讓我這次再訪英國行，又是滿載而歸！

One of the many important goals of this trip to the UK, was to watch the World Cup Final in a pub in England. I got extremely excited when I found out that I was, in fact, going to be in the UK to watch the final. Thus, one the the first things we did on my first day in the UK, was to find a pub to watch the exciting Netherlands v. Spain game.
這次來到英國，其中一項最重要的目的就是在英國當地的pub看世界盃冠軍賽。當我知道冠軍賽可以在英國看的時候，心情無比興奮！沒有什麼比在英國pub球賽還要更刺激了（除了到南非看現場的跟去西班牙看。。。）所以第一天的行程當然就安排要找一間pub來看這重要的比賽囉！
We first walked around Leicester Square to keep an eye open for potential venues. Obviously, the one above was completely out of the question, as it was dominated by Dutch fans. Then, we found one which seemed neutral at first. This was when I realised that I had gotten so used to carrying my Student ID around with me, that I had forgotten I was a downright tourist this time and did not have my passport with me to proof I was well over the age. But we managed to get in, and we also managed to get the best seats in the house!
首先我們繞了一圈Leicester Square，目測有沒有適合的pub。上圖中的pub當然被我們排除掉了。從圖中就可看到大多都是敵對的支持者。後來找到了一間看似中立的pub。此時我卻發現我太習慣用我的國際學生證證明我的年齡，以致這次忘了自己是觀光客，所以把護照帶在身上。好怕他們不讓我進去喔！不過後來有成功進去。而且我們選的位子還是整間pub最讚的位置！

People started swarming in, but like I said, we had the best seat in the house - couch, table, good view and all.
人潮開始湧進，不過我們的位置真的很棒！有沙發，桌子，視野也很不錯！
