現在食安問題真的一大堆。還好是一次一次的爆發。要是一次全爆發，那大家恐怕都不用吃東西了！
既然最近有問題的是餿水油，那麼我們來吃素，就肯定不會吃到問題油了吧！！（這真的就要考驗店家的良心了！）話說這間用手機拍還真的有點對不起他。東西好吃的不得了，排盤也算用心。只是燈光有點暗，手機拍出來的效果就真的只能這樣了... 這天我原本有想要帶單眼去，但現在走路去上班都嫌吃力了，還要為了下班後的聚餐扛著相機去辦公室真的有點累。所以我只能靠文字來描述他到底有多好吃了！
There has been a lot of issues with the food we're eating nowadays. I don't know whether to consider it fortunate that these problems arise one by one, and not altogether at once! Because then, we might as well not eat at all! 
So, since recently, the issue has been about lard oil, I guess we'd be avoiding it completely if we went veg, right!? (Supposing the shop doesn't add any lard oil behind our backs!!) I feel a little bad about posting this article using pictures taken on my phone. I did think about taking my DSLR, but I'd have to take it to work first, and being in the final trimester of my pregnancy, walking has recently become quite a tiresome exercise... so I gave up the idea. I can only tell you with words how delicious the meal had been. 
其實這間是最近才去吃的，可是我迫不及待的想要先給他插隊分享。由此可見，這間餐廳真的是很值得推薦！
Unlike my other posts, this was a rather recent visit. I felt obliged to post this first, as it was a really pleasant meal! 
這間Mia Cucina就位於天母Sogo旁。其實不難找，只是還是算有點小隱密就是了。
Mia Cucina is located right by Sogo (Tienmu). It's not hard to find, but it's still a little tucked away.
用餐環境還不錯，只是椅子對孕婦來說有點硬幫幫。不過也沒關係，因為他們有限制，周末（含周五晚上）用餐時間只有90分鐘。所以也不能坐太久啦。
其實他們的水也挺特別的，只是天仙忘了拍。顧著吃顧著聊天就忘了～
然後因為孕婦走得慢，一開始又給他走錯方向，所以友人一家子到了就先點餐。
The environment was quite nice, except the chair was a bit hard for a pregnant lady. But it's okay, because dinner time starting Friday night and weekends, is limited to only 90 minutes. We couldn't stay too long even if we wanted to. 
The drinking water they served was quite special, except I failed to take a photo of it.
Since I walked a bit slow, and also started out in the wrong direction, my friends ordered the food for us all. 
卡普雷賽沙拉 Caprese Salad
很簡單的一道前菜 - 由番茄、羅勒葉以及起司組合而成的。天仙一口吃進去回想到吃素那段期間在英國吃到的素食佳餚！很懷念這種西式的蔬食呢！
It was a very simple dish, consisting of cheese, basil, and tomato, but the taste and texture reminded me of the yummy veggie dishes I'd had while I was in the UK!

這道起司麵是小朋友點的。不過我們這餐點的全部都大家起share。想說這樣才可以吃到比較多樣東西。這道天仙大推！實在是太好吃了！下次有機會再去我應該會直接點一份來自己吃～
This pastsa dish was ordered by our little boy. We were sharing all the dishes, so that everyone could taste a bit of everything. This is a dish I highly recommend! It was simply amazing! I think I'd order a plate and have it on my own if I get to come again next time! 
濃濃的起司，吃了幾口卻不會覺得黏膩。這道也是最快被解決的！
The rich taste of cheese was quite fine! Everyone really enjoyed this dish! 
羅勒青醬帕尼尼 Pesto Panini
這道天仙也覺得不錯。但因為有節瓜，孩子們就沒那麼愛。（而且大家還在一直猜說那是什麼東西。）XD
I really enjoyed the panini as well, but the kids enjoyed the pasta more. They were even wondering what the zuchini really was. At one time they thought it was avacado, but I knew it was not, because of its texture. 
奶油香蒜野菇 Wild Mushroom Alfredo
緊接著登場也還是麵。原本天仙以為自己會比較喜歡這道。其實他真的很不錯。又有天仙愛的野菇，不過可能是第一口先吃了起司麵，所以覺得這道就有點普通了。
Next up was another pasta dish. I thought I'd enjoy this dish more. It really wasn't bad at all. Except the first pasta dish was so rich that this dish seemed a bit too 'normal' after... 
野菇帕尼尼 Wild Mushrooms Panini
後來因為孕婦覺得胃還可以塞點東西，所以就很不要臉的又加點了一份帕尼尼。味道也不錯，只是多了一味天仙很討厭的洋蔥（真是自作孽啊）Orz
The pregnant lady felt that she could still eat, so she went ahead and ordered another panini. This was great as well, except it had one thing that I absolutely detested - onions! 
不過他其實真的不錯啦！（在老公幫我把洋蔥處理掉之後... XD）
Tasted just fine after my other half got rid of the onions for me!

是說我們四大兩小這樣分著吃還覺得剛剛好。雖然小朋友可能覺得不夠 XD
我只是好奇，這要視只有兩個人來吃... 正餐吃完還吃得下這個喔！？（下次來試試...XD）
I thought the entire plate was just right for the six of us (4 adults and 2 kids). I suppose kids could always have more ice cream than they really should... 
I wonder, though, how two people could finish this dessert, after having their appetizer AND main course? (Maybe I'll try it next time!)

之前在逛部落格的時候就有看到人家在介紹這間。其實這對於住在藍線末端的天仙來說，說近不近，但說遠也不會太遠。天仙曾經過過兩三年的無肉生活。最後因為回台以後獨自居住在小套房裡實在不方便自己烹調，而外食的素食對挑食的天仙來說，雷又實在很多。因此漸漸地開放吃家禽類跟海鮮。不過天仙偶爾還是會享受一下美味又無負擔的蔬食。其實這也是因為我們朋友當中有一位是吃宗教素。每次聚餐，我們都會挑他方便的地方。對葷食者來說，吃素並不難（老實說你若覺得吃不飽，事後再去補個炸雞排就好了啊～）但對素食者來說，若挑個...好比說燒肉店好了！難不成你要他只吃青椒跟香菇嗎？
因此這次天仙發起的聚餐，就由天仙負責找一間適合大家又美味的素食餐廳。原本首選是在國父紀念館附近的，看似評價還不錯。但是卻惹得天仙很生氣！前兩天打去一直沒人接，我只好把FB的粉絲專頁找出來，再傳短訊詢問是否可以定位。姓名、電話、人數、日期我全都留了。也說明因為打電話去都沒人接，因此想請店家通融讓我用這種方式訂位。沒想到，這鬼打牆的店家竟然回我：我們的電話是ＸＸＸＸ－ＸＸＸＸ喔！歡迎訂位！好吧！我想說既然有人回，這次應該打得進去了吧！沒想到更讓我生氣的是，打去有人接了，對方卻跟我說這幾天員工訓練不開放營業！我聽到真的很三條線！都快爆筋了！天啊！那位回我FB的人早點跟我說，我就不用多打這通電話了啊！！
後來想到還有這間可以選擇！立馬打了電話訂位！於是才結束了這場鬧劇！
I'd seen articles about this place before. Living at the end of the blue line of the MRT, this place seemed a bit far, but within reason. I've experienced two to three years of vegetarian life before. After coming back to Taiwan, because it was quite an ordeal to cook at my flat, and the veggie places around where I live were not quite so good, I started eating poultry and seafood. But sometimes I still enjoy some non-meat feasts. This time, it was actually because there was a vegetarian among us. So whenever we'd meet up, we'd pick a place that's convenient for him. For non-veggies, it's easy to go without meat (come on, you can easily buy some meaty snacks afterwards!). But for veggies, it's difficult to dine at a meat-themed restaurant. 
Therefore, I set out to find a nice veggie place for us all to try out. First, I tried booking us a table at this highly recommended place near Sun-yat-sen Memorial Hall. But it turned out to be a complete fiasco! I tried calling more than 10 times, and no one picked up the phone. Then, I left a message on their Facebook page, leaving all the essential information, saying that I'd already tried calling but with no avail, and hope that they'd let me make a booking through Facebook. The reply left me speechless. They simply left me their phone number, which I'd already known! So I tried calling one more time. This time, the call got through. But what the guy at the other end of the phone told me, left me, again, speechless. He told me that they were doing some training, and were not open during these days! Well, why on earth didn't the guy that saw my Facebook message tell me that!? 
Then, I remembered about this place. Called them, and settled our dinner plan. Finally!
其實他並不難找，只是這區塊天仙不常來。因此原本還怕找不到。不過一看到餐廳，天仙就覺得這次應該做了對的選擇！
It's really not difficult to find. But I'd not been familiar with this neighbourhood. I thought it would take a while to find at first. When I saw the restaurant, I knew that I had made the right choice this time!
價位很親民。因為是素食餐廳，所以還會註明哪些是哪種素食者可或不可食用的。
The price is very affordable! And since it's a veggie restaurant, rest assured that all the dishes are correctly labeled with what type of veggie each dish is made for.
有人點了套餐。這是隨餐附贈的沙拉。我是覺得醬有點多了（不過天仙本來吃沙拉就不愛沾醬的）
This salad was part of the set meal. The sauce was a bit too generous for my taste. But then, I normally eat my salad without sauce!

After having so many large meals with lots of meat and seafood, it's nice to have veggie meals like this once in a while!

冬至這天來到了每年這個時候都要來還願的艋舺龍山寺。前些年，天仙因為種種因素開始吃素（主要是為了健康並非宗教因素）。那段時間在台北生活覺得素食店雖然不算少，但好吃的就真的很少了！當時絕大多數都是宗教素的餐廳為主，因此許多油膩並且加工的素肉占大多數素食類餐點。偏偏天仙就是不愛吃這種味道。不過在吃素的那段期間無意間發現了這間美味的素食。雖說當歸湯裡還是有加工素料，但吃起來卻沒有加工味。因為當歸夠味，麵線也很好吃。
I found this place during the time when I was still a vegetarian. I was not a veggie for religious reasons, so I found it difficult to find quality veggie places to dine. Most of the veggie places served manufactured 'mock meat', which I didn't fancy very much. So when I found this place, I was overjoyed.

但已經比以前貴五塊了。尊重店家，別帶肉食進來喔！
The price was NT$5 more than before. This is a veggie place, so please don't bring in any meat! 
店面不算大，但也不擁擠。人潮可是沒停過的！
It's not a big place, but it's not too crowded either.
當歸湯！喜歡中藥味的應當會喜歡。還有畫龍點睛的九層塔。

湯裡的料。其實就是豆類的。他會吸飽湯汁，吃進去汁會噴在嘴哩，很有趣的口感。
This is manufactured tofu. This is acceptable. It sucks up the soup and so when you put it in your mouth, the angelica root taste will surprise your taste buds! 
他們的麻油麵線也很優。

在還沒改東家之前，天仙就寫過春天的食記了。那天跟朋友提起，原本想找出這篇食記，才發現原來搬來Pixnet之後就沒寫過。這次趁與朋友聚餐，更新一下食記。雖然當時是以純素食者的身分前往食用，現在已非素食者再次體驗，覺得還是相當美味。
Before moving to Pixnet, I had already written a blog article on Spring Vegetarian Restaurant. While talking to friends about it, I realised that I had left it on my old blog, and could use an updated article. I suggested the place for dinner with some friends, and took the opportunity to re-write an updated article. Before, I had dined here as a vegetarian, but even after giving in to chicken and fish, I still find the food here quite tasty.

When there are different dietary requirements amongst a group of friends, you really can't go wrong with veg. This has now topped my favourite veg restaurant!
當朋友之間有不同的飲食需求時，其實素食餐廳就是最安全的選擇。而且現在這間也成了我覺得最好吃的素食餐廳！

這間可愛的小餐廳，是我們利物浦大學茹素的同學找的。這間賣的素食不是一般葷食者容易反感的油膩無味的素食，而是美味健康輕食的素食。這次的小聚，其實就是三兩好友相聚。天仙也一再強調，每次與朋友的聚會，在哪裡、吃什麼都不是重點。因為通常有歡樂，平淡無味的食物也可以變得很美味。服務不佳的態度，也只會變成我們的閒話家常。更何況是美味的食物，優良的服務品質呢？
This lovely restaurant was the recommendation of a vegetarian friend of ours. The vegetarian food here is unlike what most people think of vegetarian cuisine. While many vegetarian restaurants are bland and greasy, this one sells delicious healthy light meals. This was an unofficial small gathering of a group of Liverpool alumni. I often say that when I meet up with friends, the quality of food and services in restaurants is the least of my concern.

This is the original 'sesame oil fried rice' that I had often been talking about. I first came here around two years ago, on a pre-departure to England tour around Taiwan. That day, I met up with my old classmate (who I was with on this day, too) and a friend who I'd become acquainted with through blogging. I remember that first visit. The choice of eating here came completely random. She picked me up at the train station, but we had no plans for lunch. As we arrived at our first destination, we got hungry. We saw the sign '素' which was vegetarian in Chinese, and decided to try it out. Amazed at the dish 'sesame oil fried rice', I ordered it, and fell in love with it upon my first mouthful. 
So this time round, we were having difficulty deciding what to eat again, so I suggested to go back to this place and have fried rice again. I wanted to see just how different my own fried rice is from theirs. The truth is, forgive my arrogance, but both are just as good. 
這就是最原始的＂麻油炒飯＂。大家應該常常聽我說。第一次來大約是兩年前的事情了。那時候正在做離台留學前的＂環島＂遊。來到台南見了同學（也是這天的地陪）以及一位格友。格友在火車站接我後來到目的地，不過卻沒計劃午餐要吃什麼。當看到寫著＂素＂的招牌時，我們就決定去一探究竟。結果整個被＂麻油炒飯＂這道菜吸引住了。也在吃下第一口之後，就深深的愛上他（無誤）。
這次，又是不知道晚餐該吃什麼，所以就突然想到說可以回來這裡再吃一次。我想吃吃看，我後來學會炒的，跟這家吃起來有沒有什麼不一樣。請原諒我的自豪，不過兩者吃起來都一樣好吃！！哈哈！！

This is not the first time I've written about this DaoXiang. But since I got my new camera, I felt like going back to the same places and retake the photos I've taken before. Plus, the food is really nice here. There is no reason why it only deserves to be 'exposed' once. 
其實已經不是第一次介紹道饗了。不過自從有了新相機，就很想去把以前拍過的東西再拍的更好一點。當然，會讓它再度曝光，也是因為食物夠好吃！
This is located on the 7th floor of the Sogo building in Yung-he. It is connected to the Museum of World Religions as well. The vegetarian restaurant offers not only a superfluous choice of buffet lunch and dinner, but also side orders for the small appetite. 
道響位於永和太平洋百貨七樓。他與世界宗教博物館有相通。這間素食餐廳除了有豐富的午、晚自助餐之外，當然也有提供單點給食量不大的朋友們。

These are the dishes that I'd usually have whenever I visit.  The service is so wonderful, that even after not seeing me for a whole year, the people still remembered me, and greeted me like an old friend.  I guess, this is the reason why it deserves another article on my blog.
以上是我去的時候必點的餐點。她們的服務也是好到無可挑剔。就連我在消失一整年之後突然出現，她們還是很親切的歡迎我，問我︰『怎麼好久沒來了呢？』我想，就是這個親切感，讓我覺得直得再次張貼一篇道饗的食記吧！！

One day, me mate said to me that she'd found a nice restaurant that she thought I would really enjoy. I asked her 'vegetarian?', and she said she wasn't sure. When I checked out the link she later gave me, I had only then found out that it was, indeed, a vegetarian restaurant. 
某天，我朋友跟我說他去了一間很好吃的餐廳。覺得我會喜歡。下次要帶我去吃。我問他︰有素的嗎？他說︰應該有吧？？！！結果給了我餐廳的相關食記連結我才發現，這本來就是一家只有賣素食的餐廳啊！！
The restaurant was very clean.  The service was satisfactory as well. The best thing was, of course, the food.  As everything looked great, we had trouble trying to decide what to have.  Because of this, we had to send the waitress back so many times.
店內感覺很清潔。服務態度也不錯。不過最讚的就是它提供的餐點囉！！因為遲遲做不了決定，還將服務員派回去好幾次。因為每一樣真的看起來都很不錯吃！其中也有幾樣是外頭吃不太到的。真的很難取捨呢！
This is the salad that came with one of our set meals.  You can tell that it was a very healthy meal.  However, it was also very delicious, because of the nuts and the light dressing, in place of the disgusting mayonnaise. 
這是套餐中附的莎拉。感覺上非常養身。確實也是如此。有看到那份量超多的堅果嗎？還有，淋上的醬汁也非常的清爽不像美乃滋一樣噁心又黏膩。
The set meal also came with soup. The colour came from a special kind of herb.
套餐也有附湯。看這個樣子應該是山藥湯之類的吧？非常美味唷！
This is a variation of 'garlic bread', as many vegetarians in Taiwan cannot consume garlic. In its place, a special kind of herbal plant is used, which is just as good tasting.
這是素食界的大蒜麵包。其實沒有大蒜，但是香味還是很夠。這全都是香椿的功勞。
In the end, I had decided to order a Thai veggie soup.  Thai restaurants in Taiwan, probably most places in Asia as well, do not offer veggie options.  Therefore, this was a rare occasion under which I could actually enjoy meat/seafood free Thai style soup.  However, there was a small glitch.  The menu had different spice options, but when the meal came, I tasted no spice.  I asked for some chilli, but was given Taiwanese style chilli sauce instead.  The soup wasn't ruined altogether, but the Thai style did get a little weird.
所以，這是我最後決定點的素食泰式酸辣湯。因為台灣的泰式料理店都沒有提供素食的選擇。想吃的話只好自己破戒。也因為如此到最後決定點了這個。不過可能點餐時有稍微誤會吧？因為menu上寫著可選擇大辣、小辣、中辣，但我點了之後服務員沒問我（還是大家都不吃辣所以就沒問？）後來我自己跟他要了＂辣椒＂，但店家提供的卻是台式的辣椒醬。雖然這湯後來是有辣了，但感覺還是有點不搭。

雖然只是很普通的一碗飯，卻是很美味。搭配著湯裡的蔬菜、香菇，我很快的就把他吃個精光了。

I can't remember what this was called, but I had a go at it, and it was amazing.  The slices of mushroom at the side were also sweet.  Just how delicious this was, you will know once you see the next picture.
我忘了這是什麼飯。不過非常美味。我有偷偷給他吃ㄧ口。一旁放的是杏鮑菇。有多好吃？繼續看下一個圖就知道囉！

Generally speaking, I have a rather petite appetite.  However, when confronted with heavenly cuisine, or my favourite food, I will still devour everything set before my eyes.  After adopting a vegetarian diet, there are a lot of cuisines that I do miss.  Like these Shanghai style 'dim sums', which are more commonly found with pork stuffing, are among those that I really miss.  Although it is not impossible to find restaurants that do make them, often, I find the taste disgusting and inedible... I guess this explains why there are so many people out there who actually 'despise' dining at vegetarian restaurants.
The place we came to today, however, will absolutely blow your mind away.  It is tucked away in a narrow alley.  You may find it difficult to get yourself to give it a try if you had no idea what you would be missing out on if you just walk away.  Their veggie buns and other cuisines are absolutely heavenly!
天仙雖然平時食量小，不過遇到好吃或是愛吃的東西，食慾還是會大開。自從吃素以後，其實有很多食物天仙還是會想念。雖然說像這種點心類的食品，做成素食的也不是沒有，不過比較難找到是真的。而且讓天仙最困擾的地方就是這一類的素食，其實都會有很多『地雷』。意思就是說，遇到難吃的機率會比遇到好吃或是尚可、嚥的下去的機率還要高很多！我想這可能也是為什麼很多人會對於『素食』有反感的原因吧。
不過這天跟朋友來到這間店面小到不行，簡直就跟一般夜市或菜市場攤販沒什麼兩樣的小吃店，他們所供應的素食點心類，卻是讓天仙至今都很難以忘懷呀。
素捲餅 Veggie roll
Usually, when I see 'mock meat' in my food, I would automatically categorize it as 'inedible' or 'disgusting food'.  I decided to give this a try, and I am glad that I did. You will barely taste the 'mock meat' because the veggie and the savoury sauce is all you can taste.  For a veggie, I won't be surprised if you find it delicious, too.  However, the real challenge is to get a non-veg to also agree that this is absolutely delicious!
