有時候覺得連鎖店的好處就是沒有驚喜但也不會有雷。雖然和民稱不上頂級的美味，但至少來吃過幾次都覺得還算不錯。服務上也沒什麼好挑剔的。不過在繼續下去之前，我得先說：這篇有生魚片！然後呢... 孩子都生了，也很健康！所以麻煩大家不要再念說孕婦不能吃生魚片了喔～啾咪～！
這天來這兒時間還算早。不過兩個人都餓的差不多了。本來想再衝去吃海南雞飯的（想到此時肚子還沒有很大，還可以趴趴走），但又有點懶。所以就選擇就近解決。老公說他沒吃過，剛好帶他來嘗個鮮。
Nothing much could be said abour a franchise like this. There's not much to expect from it, but then that also minimizes the chance of being disappointed. I'd been here a few times and thought the food okay. The service was also quite satisfactory. Before I continue, however, I must say that yes, I had sashimi again... I know it's risky to eat raw food during pregnancy, but now that the child's been born, and she's fit and well, please cut me some lack~
We were here quite early that day, but we were hungry already. We though about heading to Hainan Chicken, thinking it was still okay to travel the distance, but then we both got lazy and settled for closer by choices. My hubby said he'd never had Watami before, so here we were! 
研究了一下菜單決定直接點雙人套餐。選擇也還算多。
There were a lot of choices. In the end, we decided to order set meals for two.
看到飲料單，還真想來杯啤酒啊！還好老公這天沒有很囂張的點啤酒... 
The drink list was quite extensive. Really craved for some icy cold beer... but I refrained!! 
另外也有多人適用的宴會料理喔！
There was also a menu for big parties.
東區這間和民坪數比較大，怕大家需要服務卻叫不到人，所以這個按鈕還算是個貼心的設計。
This location was quite large in space, so in case you needed service, but couldn't find anyone, they'd thoughtfully designed this bell, so you could just 'ring' them.
首先上場的是沙拉。啊～是我不喜歡的凱薩耶... 還好醬料沒有很多。我還是喜歡吃原味的生菜啊～
The first dish up was the salad. Unfortunately it was my least favourite - Caeasar salad. Thankfully there was not much sauce. I prefer my salad on its own. 
唐揚雞沒有很驚豔的表現，但也還不錯（因為有檸檬啊）
Japanese style fried chicken. Nothing special, but it tasted quite fine with the lemon sprinkled over it.
還有個鍋。
There was also hot pot! 
店員介紹說這個湯是不能喝的（因為很鹹）。其實還不錯。料也滿豐富的。兩個人吃差不多呢。
The waitress told us no to drink the soup, as it was really salty. The pot was quite nice. There were quite a lot of stuff in it. Just right for the two of us.
再來就是烤雞肉串。這倒是滿不錯的。我到現在還記得（也不知道經過多久了），表示真的還不錯。
And then there was skewer chicken, which was quite nice, as I remembered.
然後，老公知道我喜歡吃生魚片，又不敢吃太多，因此自己點了這份。分我兩片生魚片，剩下的自己吃。讓我可以解饞，卻又不會說罪惡感太重這樣～
Hubby knew how hard it was for me to hold my crave for sashimi. He ordered this for himself so he could give me a slice or two of the sashimi. It was nice to fulfill the crave, without feeling too guilty. 
其實沒有很驚艷，但來過幾次覺得都還不錯。想不到吃什麼的話，聚餐倒是個不錯的選擇。
It wasn't anything special, as said earlier. But each experience had been just fine. I suppose it would be a safe choice if you can't figure out what to eat!

然後看在天仙此時還可以隨意走動，體力腿力也還算okay，就趕緊安排在走幾步路抵達了著名的東區粉圓。這次吃完沒多久就看到漲價的新聞。然後也因為後來身體越來越笨重，還真的就再也沒去過了...
Then seeing that I still had enough stamina to go on, we took a stroll and soon arrived at the famous "Eastern Ice Store". Not long after our visit, the news reported that they raised the price. And also because I had less and less stamina as I approach the mid and late trimesters, this was our last visit since... 
雖然翻桌率高，不過人每次都很多。可以稍微等一等就會有位子。不過如果單獨一人來，就有點麻煩了。
The place is always crowded, so it might take a while to get seats. Though if you were alone, it might be a little challenge... 
如果太甜或不夠甜，都可以自己調整。
這裡的服務很"台北"。意思就是你要再點餐前就想好要什麼，不然店員會很著急，後面排隊的人大概也會翻白眼。所以中南部來的朋友應該會覺得很不習慣吧～
The self service hot water and sugar syrup are for those who feel they could adjust the taste a bit. 
The service here is quite 'Taipei'... Be forewarned! Please remember to decide what you want beforehand, or else the one to take your oder would feel quite impatient... so will the people lining up behind you.
雖然還不錯吃，不過漲價之後，天仙覺得他也沒值得那個價錢。所以也不會吵著要去吃。除非有外國友人來訪，帶他們來嘗鮮還可以，不過這價格若要跟其他店家比起來，真的有點高啊...
It's pretty good! However, it really isn't worth what it costs now. I guess unless friends come to visit from abroad, and they'd like to tastes some local dishes... I shouldn't want to come back.

懷孕後期總算能體會大家所說的「懷孕真辛苦」。有時候周末在家，連吃飯這種簡單的事情，一想到要四層樓要爬上爬下的真的都懶了。不過這天與老公已起午睡起來，竟然就差不多到晚餐時間了。雖說吃重口味的容易水腫，但這天就突然好想吃鐵板燒。一方面是想多吃一點肉，讓肚子裡的北鼻多長點肉，另一方面是也實在想不到要吃啥好。因為肚子現在變得好大顆，坐機車也不方便，所幸就跟老公決定要開車去汐止，不進市區去，想說汐止車位可能還比較好找。
繞了一會兒，只看到大浦。但大浦又在馬路邊，停車不好停。所以又多繞了一會兒。後來總算是看到了這間圓多立。我們瞧著店門口等候的人頗多的，覺得應該不難吃才對！老公把車子停在附近的停車場後我們便慢慢地散步過去。大概是剛睡醒沒多久，覺得雙腿實在很無力。有時候遇到這種情形還真的會擔心我要怎麼撐到北鼻出生啊！不過還好，真的是因為剛睡醒。因為隔天我又是活龍一條了！
As I enter the final trimester, I started to realise why everyone thought pregnancy was tough. During the weekend, when we had nothing planned, even the simplest idea of climbing up and down four flights of stairs just to get a meal frightened me! On this occassion, my hubby and I woke up from a nap in the afternoon only to find that it was already getting dark. Although I try to avoid food with strong flavours to avoid swelling, I really wanted to have tepanyaki somehow. I wanted to have some beef so the baby could grow bigger, and it was also because I really couldn't think of anything else I wanted to eat. As the baby grew bigger, it was more difficult to ride on the back of the scooter, so we decided to drive to Xizhi, instead of heading into downtown. We thought that parking would be slightly easier. 
After a while, all we saw was the chain store 大埔 (Dapu). It was just beside the main street, so we decided to look further, since it was difficult to park. Then, we finally found this place - 圓多立 (Yuan duo li). We saw that there was a crowd in front of the place, waiting their turn, and thought that it was probably pretty good. We found a parking lot nearby and slowly walked back to the restaurant. I think it was because I had just woken up that caused my limbs to feel quite weak. At times like this, I would often wonder how I'd get through to the day the baby arrived! Thankfully, I think it really was because I had just woken up!  
雖說要等候，但其實也沒有等太久。鐵板燒就這樣吃，哪能給你吃多久。而且還有位子讓你坐著等，所以也不至於太虐待孕婦。等候的時候剛好看到牆上的公告。原來是老店了。好像號稱是汐止第一間鐵板燒呢！
Even though we had to wait, it wasn't a long wait. After all, how long would it take you to finish a tepanyaki meal? There were benches, so it was nice to have a place to sit while we waited. During the wait, we saw a poster on the wall, briefly stating the history of the restaurant. Seemed to have survived quite a while. Apparently, it was the first tepanyaki place in the neighbourhood. 
想吃肉又必須要吃青菜，鐵板燒真的是一個好選擇。
Tepanyaki would be a great choice if you want both meat and veggies in a single meal. 
天仙沒有很討厭豆芽，但也沒有很愛。有時候會想吃，有時候又不太想吃。整個都是看心情。
在我們面前料理的師傅看起來是前輩級的。如果不是老闆本身，鐵定也是元老級的人物了。邊幫我們料理，也一邊關心我肚子裡的孩子。小聊了一下。
I have quite mixed feelings towards sprouts. I don't like them, but I don't hate them either. It all depends on my mood, really.
The cook that prepared our food seemed to be an old employee (or maybe the owner!). He chatted a bit with us while preparing our meal. 
這天我們點了兩道都是牛肉。一個菲力一個莎朗（不過我有點忘了哪一個是哪一個 XD）。
We ordered two sets, both beef - one fillet and the other sirloin. I can't tell which pic is which though! 
我瞧他們拿出來的是一整片的牛肉。料理時才切塊。不像之前在某美食廣場吃的，雖說是牛排，但拿出來的食材卻已經是切塊切好的。不僅令人懷疑是不是有用某種方式處理過。而圓多立的牛肉，吃起來就很正常。雖說鐵板燒的醬汁屬重口味，但還是不難吃出牛肉本身的味道。可惜的是這支手機拍特寫的功能並不強，對焦對好久還是對不好。想要拍景深效果的話，還是等我卸了貨再次可以用單眼亂拍時再來拍好了！
I saw with my own eyes that the meat they took out to cook was an entire chunk, and not pre-sliced. We had tepanyaki elsewhere before, and the meat was suspiciously treated with god-knows-what. The beef here, however, tasted like untreated beef. Despite the strong taste of the sauce, you can still tell that the beef tasted like beef! Pity, though, that the depth of field function doesn't work that well on my phone camera. Tried a dozen times, and still can't figure out how to get it right. I guess I'll have to wait till the baby arrives, then I can freely use my DSLR again to take the pictures I really want to take!

北鼻長肉餐，就在我們誤打誤撞之下找到了這間美味又用心的鐵板燒。真是不錯！
It was a good meal! Sometimes it takes an adventurous heart to find new, worthwhile restaurants. This time, it was a success!

這間其實是我們再次錯過慶城街海南雞飯的變調晚餐。不過這次我們已經有找到食記證實他們應該是例假日都公休，只是決定還是去賭一下。老公還在肖想著可以去Hooters看辣妹，不過我實在是沒興趣啊！！後來決定吃這間觀察了很久的百八魚場。
Our dinner here was actually before we finally got a chance to taste the hainan chicken at Chincheng Street [click to see old post]. Although this time, we did suspect that the chicken place was closed on all holidays, we still wanted to give it another shot. The other half had dreamed of the chance to go to Hooters, but I had absolutely no interest in it at all! So in the end, we decided to try this Japanese place. 
菜單上有提醒：生魚片丼飯若沒特別要求，一率為熟飯。懷著身孕的我，不敢這一整餐都吃生魚片，當然只好忍痛跳過！
The menu reminds you that the sashimi rice comes with cooked rice. If you want the sushi rice in your sashimi rice, you've got to ask for it. As it was not a good idea to eat too much raw fish during pregnancy, I had to give up the idea of having an entire meal of sashimi! 
只是一般到了這種店，有生魚片一定會點生魚片的我，這下子還真的不知道該點啥來吃了呢！
But then came the challenge! I'd always order sashimi dishes whenever I could... Now that I shouldn't... what should I order?

天仙極少介紹中研院附近的餐飲。其實這是因為中研院周邊真的是鳥不生蛋... 沒什麼好介紹的。不過這間小餐館卻是這鳥不生蛋的地方裡還算是頗有特色的地方。滿值得一提的！
這是一間清真餐館。所以雞牛魚都有，就是沒有豬。為了避免吃到前些日子鬧很大的餿水油，我想這間小餐館生意應該有變好喔～ XD
I seldom introduce restaurants around Academia Sinica. This is because there are very few restaurants here that are worth blogging about. This place, however, is one of the few places around campus that is actually quite worth mentioning. 
It is the only place around here that offers halal food. As the scandal of the tainted oil has everyone worried to death about eating out, you can be sure that none of that oil is used here - Muslims don't eat pork, so they won't use lard oil! 
菜單如上。
價格雖比便當貴了一些些，不過道都是挺特別的菜色。雖然住在這附近也好幾年有了，不過卻到最近才開始漸漸地變成熟客（我都快要搬走了說）。
The menu is as above - bilingual! 
It's slightly more expensive than a normal lunch box, but it's more of a western style place. I've been here for quite some years now, but only recently have I become a regular. 
某些餐點可選擇免費附贈的湯或紅茶。天仙當然是選擇湯囉！
這湯味道很清淡。玉米也很甜。不過如果當時天氣熱些，天仙會把它放到涼一點再喝。
Some of the meals come with either free soup or free tea. Of course, I'd pick the soup. 
It's a clear veggie soup. The corn tastes sweet. If we happen to pop in during a hot day, I'd wait for the soup to cool down a bit. 
約克夏紅茶 - 老公點的。我若要喝也只是淺嘗一口～
Yorkshire tea for the other half. I'd take a sip if I felt thirsty.
燉牛丸子義大利麵。
Beef ball spaghetti. 
牛肉丸子的味道挺特殊的。應該是有加特殊香料進去。
The beef ball tastes quite nice. I think it has special herbs in it.
這麵條也不錯。量是剛剛好。也有撒起司，所以趁熱攪拌，還會有點牽絲～
The noodles are slightly overcooked (the way Taiwanese people are used to). 
這是老公點的～ 
也是麵，只是主食是分開送上的。
This is another serving of pasta.
The main dish is served seperately.
香煎雞腿排。
因為都是現做得所以要等比較久。
Chicken leg - all dishes are cooked on the spot, so it may take a while. 
看似乾澀，但是吃起來一點都不柴。
Looks dry, but it tasted quite tender! 
為了滿足好奇心點來吃吃看得圓麵包～
I was curious about their bread, so we ordered a serving to try.
老闆娘還貼心地附上這個沾醬。
不過我們都覺得拿來沾麵剩下來的醬比較好吃耶（哈哈哈）
The shop owner kindly gave us a bowl of sauce as a dip, but we both preferred using the bread to clean up our pasta dishes. 
 
這應該算是舊莊一帶比較有特色也值得介紹的店家了！如果各位剛好有來中研院洽公，人數不多不想吃桌菜，這倒是個不錯的選擇喔！
I reckon this is probably the only place worth blogging in the vicinity. If you happen to be here during a business errand or what not, and you don't feel like having Chinese food for whatever reason, this might be a nice alternative!

這頓牛排餐其實不是要慶祝什麼。而是某天我路途遙遠地坐公車回來，在車上特地打電話請老公去公車站接我這個帶著球跑的孕婦，一起走回家。結果我下了公車原以為是自己早到了，不料慢慢地走回家，還很吃力地爬上了四樓，一開門就見老公竟然躺在床上給我睡覺！原本我也是不想這麼依賴老公的。只是那天晚了，體力差，只想要在回家路程上有人陪伴。老公見我如此生氣當然也是很不好受啦。知道自己貪睡錯過來站牌接我走回家的時機，於是隔天在我一問之下就說要請我吃牛排作為補償。於是就有了這一餐。
This meal was not to celebrate some kind of special day. But it was rather a compensation meal! One night, I came home from a long bus ride. While on the bus, I called my husband and asked that he meet me at the bus stop to walk me home. Since it was late at night, I had already used up my energy for the day, and all I was asking for was his company on the way. After I got off the bus, I thought I had arrived too early, as I did not see him. But then, as I walked all the way home, and up those four flights of stairs, the first thing I saw when I opened the door was my darling husband, DOZING OFF on the bed... Now under normal circumstances, I could tell myself to not be too clingy. But I was pregnant! And was well into late second trimester!! So, in short, I was furiuos! The next day, I asked him what he had thought of doing to make it up to me... hence, we were here for a steak feast! 
這是我們第二次來訪。第一次沒拍照當然也沒食記可寫。而且第一次來訪時我也還沒開始吃牛肉。這次來就我們夫妻倆，拍照也比較好拍。
This was not our first visit to the steakhouse. I didn't take any photos during our first visit, so obviously, there had been no article posted. This time, there were just the two of us, so nothing could stop me from taking pictures of the meal!

There was also a sticker on the table that tells you if you check-in on Facebook, you'd get a complimentary plate of braised beef tendons. Well, the check-in can wait till the meal arrived!

The utensils were on the table, covered by napkins to avoid dust and what not.
沙拉吧。平價牛排的沙拉吧也沒啥好說的，就一般般囉！
The salad bar was nothing special. Keep in mind, it was an economic steakhouse, so don't expect anything fancy! 
不過湯倒是有兩種可選擇，還算有誠意。

不過這可得自己去烤喔！
But the toasting is self-serviced.
不算難吃，但我看這麵包上塗的，也不知道那醬有沒有問題。所以只敢吃一片。（至少我還賞臉吃了一片啊）
With the scandal of the tainted oil, I could not help but wonder whether the spread on the bread had problems. So I had only a few bites.

湯的味道以這個價位還算不錯。料也挺實在的。不至於撈半天撈不到料。
Amazingly enough, there were ample ingredients found in the soup.

And steak + chicken and speghetti. 
以平價牛排來說，烤成這樣算是不錯的了！而且沒有許多人害怕的血水。鮮嫩好滋味！
For the cost of the steak, I thought they did a fine job with the steak. If you like it medium or medium-rare, I think that would give you the best taste. 
而且排餐上桌時並不會淋上醬汁。所以想吃原味的就撒點胡椒粉跟玫瑰鹽。
天仙拿了這些醬，是要拿來拌麵用的～
Unlike most night-market style steaks, they don't come drenched in heavy tasting sauce. So you might as well enjoy the steak with a sprinkle of pepper and rose salt. 
As for these sauces, they were for the pasta!

泰式綠咖哩雞是很多人去泰國餐廳必點的菜。因為調理包也很容易買到，所以變成在家也可以輕鬆做。不過選對調理包就很重要了。因為不是每個牌子煮出來的都好吃的！
這次準備的調理包是在百貨公司買到的。看包裝就知道是改良至外國人可以接受的口味。對我們而言則是稍微甜了些，辣味也不夠。要煮真正道地的泰式綠咖哩，還是只能用綠辣椒膏去翻炒，然後在自己依照喜好加入椰漿才夠味。不過這款調理包已經算是不錯的了。煮出來完全沒有加工包裝的詭異味道。
那麼就來看看需要什麼食材吧！
1. 綠咖哩調理包。
2. 雞腿肉（帶骨去骨都可）
3. 青菜（四季豆或是茄子都可以，也可以加入蘑菇或聖女番茄添加口感與色彩）
4. 魚露
充滿英語的調理包，感覺就是要主銷外國人的。
做法非常簡單。
也有中文可以參考。
先倒入沙拉油熱鍋。再把雞腿肉丟下去翻炒一下。
雞肉半熟就可以先丟四季豆下去一起翻炒了。
然後再把調理包丟下去。
調理包上面寫的時間都說只要幾分鐘，但是這樣雞肉根本無法入味。所以一定要在悶煮個七八分鐘，雞肉吃起來才會有味道。如果是用辣椒膏翻炒的就比較容易入味。所以天仙就是這樣比較不愛用調理包烹煮這道菜說～
起鍋前加入少許魚露，就可以上桌囉！
因為四季豆還剩很多，偏偏天仙又已經把他處理好了，以致剩下的只好也用熱水汆燙。然後這天的晚餐... 好綠！ XDDDD

自從邁入懷孕中期，天仙為了避免長途旅程，就比較少回中部。不過這次回娘家，老爸說有事要去埔里一趟，咱們就陪著他一起去。酬勞就是這麼一頓飯。天仙原本納悶著，老爸怎麼會知道這樣一間餐廳。原本還在擔心說到了這還不知道該吃啥好呢！原來老爸現在不只是清邁通，連中部也快被他摸熟了啊！
Since I've arrived at the second trimester of my pregnancy, I've been trying to avoid long trips. That means fewer trips to the parents and the in-laws' - both in Central Taiwan. This time at the parents', my dad happened to have an errand to run. He asked if we wanted to accompany him to Puli. Since we had nothing else planned, we might as well. The reward was this meal! I was a bit puzzled at first... I wasn't sure if there would be a nice place for lunch. Little did I know, my dad had gradually become quite well acquainted with Central Taiwan! 
我們五大一小的人馬，就點了這幾道菜。說多不多，說少也不算少。
These dishes were enough to feed the five +1 of us. 
首先登場的是封肉。
這道一看就知道是下飯的菜！不過因為他肥肉較多，所以天仙沒啥興趣。倒是家人對它讚不絕口的～
First up was this dish of braised pork. It was a nice dish to down the rice. Since I was not a big fan of fatty meat, I wasn't really into this dish. But the others really enjoyed the dish.
白飯用大碗盛上。不用怕放著涼了，因為很快就被分完了。
The rice was served in a bowl like this. Don't worry about it getting cold. You'll be done with it in no time at all. 
這道是姊姊最愛的薑絲炒大腸。天仙不愛內臟，所以這道也跳過了。
This dish of fried large intestine fried with ginger was my sister's favorite! Again, not a fan of insides... So I completely skipped the dish.
這天不知怎麼著，突然很想來盤炒米粉。挺油的。連盤子都是油。不過真的不失美味。
A sudden craving for fried vermicelli suddenly befell. It was a bit oily... okay... very oily!! But it was very delicious! 
這份炒米粉，天仙倒是吃了不少！味道很夠！
I had quite a lot of it! Very tasty!
客家小炒。也不錯～
Hakka fry-up! Not bad either! 
餐餐都要有青菜～
And veggies of the meal! 
這盤白切肉卻是大家感到最失望的一道。
既沒特色也沒有挺好吃。還是因為它最後才上來，大家都飽了所以食不知味？
This dish of thinly sliced boild pork was, unexpectedly, the most disappointing dish. 
There was nothing special about it. Or it might be because it was served at the end... and we were all too full to appreciate its taste?
滿桌美食，又有家人的陪伴。真的是美味極了！
A feast with the family! What more could anyone ask for?
台灣人吃這麼一頓飯，當然少不了湯囉！
It is customary for Taiwanese people to finish a meal with a bowl of soup. So, we ordered this pork and bamboo shoot clear soup to end the meal.
這道湯味道很鮮甜，也很清淡。天仙喝了好幾碗呢！
The soup, again, was very clear! I had a few servings of it myself. 
作為結尾的是這招待的山粉圓。
A sweet soup of chia seeds was the complementary finale of the meal. 
老爸其實來到埔里是找人來著。不過不好意思拖著我們一車子的人陪他一起來，原本打好算盤，辦完事情還要去哪裡哪裡的。不料等他辦事的過程中，每個人都因為剛吃飽又熱，都一個一個被K.O.了！然後就直接回家了！唉喲！其實在家也是沒事，出來走走也是不錯的嘛！
My dad wanted to come to Puli for some business with his friend. He tried to plan an entire afternoon around his errand, but after the meal, and with the heat... after he had finally finished his business with his friend, the only thing we wanted to do was to go home!!

熬過了辛苦的頭一個月，我跟仙女總算是有比較互相了解了。雖然我也很希望全母乳至少至少要維持到一個月，但可惜實在是心有餘力不足。頭一個月除了身體還在恢復，仙女也正處於最需要全力照顧的時期。偏偏這個時候大部分時間都只有我一個人在家。還有在位母奶的時候發現親餵完，擠奶... 擠奶完洗擠奶器... 然後才剛準備要來用餐仙女又醒了！每天就在這種吃不飽又睡不飽的情況下，常常仙女哭了我也跟著她哭。就是不知道為什麼尿布換了，也才剛餵完奶，她還要哭！？常常覺得自己根本無法勝任媽媽這個角色。仙嬤下班回到家後通常也累了。我也不好意思多請求仙嬤幫忙照顧。結果就把自己累壞了。後來搬到婆家去住，我才發現家裡坪數大也是一個缺點。娘家是樓中樓的設計，所以常常需要樓上樓下跑（後來我才知道坐月子有不能爬樓梯的禁忌）。到了婆家沒幾天我發現體力比在娘家的時候好很多。因為家裡就這麼點大。也不用上下樓跑... 所以自然就方便許多。不過在婆家的缺點就是，四周都是田。然後風又大。有時想外出放個風，但也沒什麼好逛的。遇到風大的時候，我也就不會想出去走... 整個好悶～
雖然老公還是只有周末可以回來輪班，不過仙女的作息開始規律。我這做娘的也比較知道什麼時候可以陪他一起小睡。精神好了，自然就可以每天面帶笑容地好好帶仙女。雖然我覺得我是有做乳牛的潛力，提早退奶真的滿可惜的，但我覺得保持愉快的心情帶孩子也很重要。如果繼續餵母奶的代價是我要繼續每天感到疲憊，心情怎麼會好？這樣的母奶，仙女喝了也不會覺得好喝吧？！
堅持餵母奶除了媽媽自己本身要堅持之外，真的還需要身邊親友的支持。現在我才知道，這個所謂的「支持」，不是在旁邊當啦啦隊說：加油！加油！加油！就夠的。而是需要身邊親友動手幫忙處理很多事情！而因為天仙少了這樣的「支持」，不得已提早退奶。台灣在過分的推崇母奶的情況下，變成想退奶的媽媽們心裡會有股異常的罪惡感。但說真的我誰也沒對不起。仙女不也在健康的成長中嗎？以一個餵母奶失敗的例子的身分，我想說的是：要堅持下去很重要，但媽媽的心情也要能保持愉快，才能有健康又快樂的寶寶。
仙女在快滿月的時候，常常十點左右開始哭鬧不停。因為這樣的時間點讓我懷疑仙女是否腸絞痛。因為任我怎麼安撫都停不下來。直到仙嬤上樓來關心，抱抱她到半睡著，她才停止。有幾次仙嬤抱回房間她看似已經睡了，但每次都還是會再醒過來。我要安撫到幾乎到了下一餐吃完才肯睡。此時都已經快一兩點了。然後四五點時又要在起來餵一次。有一次哭得真的很兇，仙嬤索性讓她趴著睡。因為她的枕頭本來就是趴睡枕（矽膠材質，平坦又有很多空洞預防窒息），我本來想說他太小，但仙嬤一直掛保證說沒問題。頭一個晚上我每隔兩小時都會醒來檢查看她的狀況。幾天之後我的體力又變得更好了，因為她趴睡可以連睡八小時。有時候甚至還不想起來，要我把她翻過來，他才會知道尿布髒了肚子餓了要叫媽媽～
【可怕的口水疹】
但趴睡的代價就是... 仙女的口水越來越多。在她還不太會轉頭的情況下，我也還不知道這會是個問題的情況下，可怕的口水疹出現了... 手機拍攝起來的照片幾乎都看不出來。但用單眼拍的看起來就超恐怖的... 
有一天早上仙女醒來竟然沒哭，而且還對我笑笑的！我看到的時候真的快哭了（是快樂的哭）。不過就如上面說的，她臉頰紅紅的不是因為紅潤，而是因為口水疹！
上網查了一下，我試著用人家分享的方式：早中晚用清水擦拭後上乳液。幾天後有好轉，但好得很慢。因為婆家鄉下看診不方便，我看狀況沒有惡化就想也不急著看醫生。只是好的真的太慢了！終於熬到每個月的檢查，醫生開了藥膏，也預備一罐高水解蛋白奶粉要我們試圖換看看。但那天還沒來的及換，仙爸已經給他抹了一點藥膏。等回到家發現已經好很多了！我們等到隔天發現狀況真的越來越好才決定不要換奶粉（因為聽說高水解很難喝）。
因為這個可怕的口水疹，跟仙爸討論後決定不在讓她趴睡（口水真的好多！！）。結果仙女似乎已經習慣一覺到天亮，連仰睡也都可以睡6-8小時。只是有一陣子還是太晚睡了（午夜過後）。
【惱人的厭奶症】
不敢給她換奶粉的原因是因為當時仙女開始出現厭奶的症狀。明明前一天還可以喝到150，隔天卻只喝50...60... 但很快又肚子餓了再哭。每一餐我都還是泡至少120，但她最嚴重的時候喝了20竟然就都不再喝了。試過很多方法：涼掉的奶，熱過... 不喝！重新泡... 不喝！以為周末表哥回來家裡太熱鬧不習慣，帶到房間去也頂多只喝到90就不再喝... 
那一陣子怕她體重下降只好以少量多餐的方式餵。天氣漸漸轉冷，有一天我竟然餵到八餐。一直洗奶瓶洗餵奶斤洗到我的手都凍傷了（因為等熱水太慢也太浪費水了）。但是只要用這種方式餵，仙女一天下來的總奶量還是可以維持在一定的量。直到有一天我只準備了60，她喝完竟然不高興... 我再泡了60，她喝光光，才漸漸恢復到從前的作息。
【調整作息大作戰】
看了很多網路上的媽媽怎麼做的之後決定也來按表操課。連續三天都做同樣的事情，寶寶很快就會知道什麼時間該做什麼。雖然前面很辛苦，不過為了後面的輕鬆帶... 很值得！
每天固定同一個時間洗澡。（不用太準時，差的一兩個小時沒關係）因為現在天氣冷，所以都三點以前會完成洗澡。不過最理想的是長睡之前洗，孩子會睡得比較熟也比較舒服。然後固定同一個時間帶她進房間，把燈光調暗... 剛開始我八點以後的那餐就會在暗暗的房間餵，然後總是要跟她耗四小時，她要鬧到12點才睡。如果她餓了又要再餵一餐... 有時候等到一點多才睡。雖然她還是有辦法睡6-8小時，但總不能一直當夜貓子北鼻吧！
經過一段努力之後，我發現仙女其實比我才聰明。我每天都做同樣的事情，但她會自己調整作息。
等到有一天我突然發現他連續三天都可以十一點自動入睡，我就知道，她的作息規律了！不過十一點還是有點晚，所以我後來就把傍晚那一餐改餵小點心，不讓她喝太多，讓他八九點的時候可以再吃當天的最後一餐。拍完嗝，她歡到一定得程度後就把她放在床上，過半小時後她如果不再歡，就會自己入睡，根本不用哄睡！發現這點之後才了解，哄不睡是因為她根本不想睡啊～ 她想睡的時候根本不用哄。所以我只要從奶量上面調整就自然可以控制她晚上的睡眠時間了！
 
過了第二個月之後，仙女醒著的時間越來越長。也不再只是因為尿布髒了或肚子餓了才醒來。只要她不哭不鬧，她可以坐在搖搖椅上面跟懸掛在上面的動物「聊天」，我也不用因為她醒著一直盯著她看（可以去忙別的事情先）。有空的時候陪她說說話，笑笑地對著她，她也會回你幾個微笑。
差不多五六點左右會起來討奶一次。這餐我通常都餵小餐一點，拍嗝稍微拍拍就好，然後放回床上，再一起小睡到九點多。通常我會在她醒來之前趕快起來刷牙洗臉，開燈開音樂然後就在她身邊等她醒來。讓她每天醒來都有音樂跟微笑的媽咪迎接她。
口水疹痊癒之後，仙女的真面貌才真的浮現。原來我們是個小美女來著～

這其實是第二次造訪。第一次來的時候應該算是剛開幕。松山車站二樓這邊有許多吃的選擇。不過我們覺得這裡算是挺划算的。而且有飯有麵，而且像老公這種大胃王，看到麵飯吃到飽，就已經覺得值回票價了！不過雖然招牌打的是製麵所，我們兩次來好像都不是吃麵。 XD
This was actually our second visit. I think they had just opened up when we were here last. There are quite a number of restaurant choices here in the newly renovated Songshan Train Station, but we thought this place matched our budget the most. Having a large appetite like my other half, you'd be pleased to know that the noodles and rice are all-you-can-eat! This was the main feature of the restaurant that made us feel like we were getting our money's worth out of it. But you know, the signature of the place is noodles... and both of the times we were here, we failed to try their noodles! Oops!!
雖然服務員有很貼心地請帶位的安排給我們沙發的座位，讓我這個孕婦可以坐得比較舒服，不過茶水部分還是要我個別交代要換白開水。好吧！不是每個孕婦都會忌茶。了解。
The waitress was kind enough to ask her colleague to lead us to a table with sofa seating. It was a kind gesture towards a pregnant lady. But I still did have to ask them for water instead of tea. Okay, I get it now... Some pregnant women do drink tea anyway... 
菜單上有再提醒：加麵加飯都不用錢。
The menu does remind you again that you can have all the rice and noodles you want... 
老公決定點這道來吃。
So the other half decided he was going to have a fried chicken cutlet set.
而我則是決定嚐嚐他人丼。
And I decided to have tanindon (beef and egg over rice).
每個餐點都可以加價升級為套餐。為了要有青菜，就加點錢多了沙拉跟小菜。
For every dish, you can add a bit of money to upgrade to the kind of set meals you want.
結果忘了我不太愛他們的茶碗蒸。直到上菜才發現。
I had salad, veggies, and chawanmushi (steamed egg). It was not until the food arrived, did I remember that I didn't fancy their chawanmushi. 
健忘的孕婦也忘了要他們去洋蔥。原本以為就上面這一搓。翻開來我臉都綠了... 滿滿的洋蔥啊！！
And they say that pregnancy makes you forgetful. I forgot to tell them to leave out the onion. And look at all the onion I had to deal with. At first I thought it was just the bunch on the top. After having a peak at the layer below the beef... Oh my... there was a lot of onion to pick out! 
跟老公兩個人挑啊挑的，終於把洋蔥解決了！可以好好大口吃了！
After working together to pick out all the onion, I could finally enjoy this wonderful dish. 
在這盤主菜還沒上來之前，老公配著小菜跟我挑出來的洋蔥都已經嗑掉兩碗飯了！等主餐上來，老公又吃了兩碗！胃口真是驚人啊！
Before the main dish arrived, the other half had already finished two bowls of rice! After this arrived, he had another two bowls! Amazing appetite that one's got! 
大致而言我覺得滿好吃的。服務也還滿不錯。雖然茶碗蒸不合我的胃，滿滿的洋蔥也是我自己健忘所造成的，我想有機會我還是會想要再來吃。
牛肉丼飯真的好吃！
Generally speaking, I really enjoyed both meals I'd had here. The service was quite nice as well. Although I still didn't enjoy the chawanmushi, and it was actually my fault that I ended up having to pick out all the onions... So I think I'd come back again if I had the chance. 
The tanindon was really nice!

這餐吃完隔幾天，小仙女就生了 XDDDD
這樣美味的一餐，竟然可以輕鬆吃到！
其實Foodpanda很早就聽說過了。只是以前就我跟老公兩個人，看到有低消覺得兩個人這樣吃實在很奢侈。所以我下載過兩次，也刪掉兩次過。不過這次不一樣了。在我懷孕第39周，老爸老媽剛好這天都忙了一整天很累了。本來提議要走路去吃火鍋。但我說火鍋店的椅子都很高，我坐了不舒服。之後又提議要走路去吃義大利麵。原本經而已舉就可以走到的店，對這個時候的我來說簡直就是折磨。在大家都不想出門卻又想吃好料的情況下，我又想到了這個App。重新下載，找餐廳到點餐完畢，不用多少時間。雖然相對之下要多付將近兩百塊的服務費跟外送費，但若是我們這天搭計程車去，也是差不多這個價錢。因此，也算是划算啦！
接著就先來介紹這個App囉！
 
進入到App之後，輸入自己的區域就會出現鄰近的餐廳提供選擇。
這天我們選擇了Bellini Pasta Pasta。點選之後開始點餐。
可外送的餐點內容會出現。
點選想要的餐點，加入購物籃會顯示金額。
再次出來繼續點餐，已經選擇的餐點會特別顯示。
餐點全選擇好之後，就進入結帳手續。
並選擇付款方式。按下「訂購」。

然後就好了耶！！
當然，app會需要你輸入電話號碼、email、送餐地址等資訊。完成點餐後，過沒多久就會來一封email確認。然後就等著餐點送到家門口囉！
系統發出通知說50分鐘內會送達。實際上也不到一小時內，餐點就送到了！
重點是，外送員還長得滿帥的耶 
餐點送到後大家都很開心的準備來用餐囉！
這個外送包裝就跟一般的外帶包裝沒什麼兩樣。所以如果真的要挑缺點的話，就是餐點很容易冷掉... 所以動作要快！

其實好久沒吃pizza了。雖然冷得很快，不過還是很好吃！

以前在餐廳吃過，知道他們的量很多！所以三人這樣分著吃其實很夠的！

其實不用沾醬就有香料味。沾了醬料又是不一樣的味道。還不錯喔！
在拍照的時候，請老媽準備餐具。結果老媽竟然拿了筷子出來！

其實他們有附餐具，只是我們家不習慣用免洗餐具。於是在體驗空腹熊貓這個app之餘，還意外的出現了這個用筷子吃義大利麵食的插曲～
