為了彌補上次的超級不負責任食記,天仙這次得要好好介紹了!雖是在百貨公司美食街吃的食物,但依舊美味、仍然道地!雖然還是比外面的貴了一些,不過對天龍國人來說,還是很便宜啊!看完這篇文章之前,要不要來猜猜看我們一共花了多少泰銖?

晚餐去Ban Rai Yarm Yen บ้านไร่ยามเย็น之前,我們抵達旅館後,發現肚子也差不多要空了。從曼谷搭飛機到清邁途中只給了小點心。等到飯店一切安頓好,就步行來到隔壁的購物中心。來趟美食街,先解決空腹問題再回去補眠。

這裡美食街的習慣,是要先用現金買票券。用剩的可以再換回來。所以大家現在可以開始猜猜,我們一共花了多少泰銖~ 

So after my very irresponsible article last time, it's about time to make it up to my readers. Although these are foods at the food court of a department store, they're still pretty good (despite still being a little more expensive than road side stalls and small scale restaurants outside). But for us, who have been so used to life in Taipei, it's still pretty cheap! So, want to guess how much we spent?

This meal was the lunch before we had dinner at Ban Rai Yarm Yen. We were feeling hungry after we settled down at the hotel. The domestic flight from Bangkok only offered a small snack. So it was time to head to the department store right next to our hotel, and search for some food! 

The way to dine here is to buy some coupons with cash first. You can refund what you didn't use up later. And now you can start guessing how much we'd spent!

要嚐道地的味道,吃麵條(不分種類)一定要加上這些醬料!那綠色辣椒那個透明的醬,是醋。不過那辣椒沒什麼作用,對我們來說只是裝飾。

To get a real taste of authentic Thai food, you simply must apply all these sauces to whatever noodle dish you order! The clear sauce with green chillis is vinegar. Don't worry, they're just garnish to most people...

บะหมีน้ำ Bami Yellow noodles

雖然份量就這麼小一點,不過也剛好符合我們的需求!這樣可以多吃幾樣!這黃色的麵(說好聽是蛋黃麵),天仙又回憶到以前的時光。每次週末早晨練完網球都會去菜市場吃這種麵。白色的丸子是魚丸。瞧瞧天仙也是除了糖,什麼醬料都加一點的才夠味!

The portions are tiny, but suits our demand. We can taste a lot more variety. This, presummably, egg noodles dish, really reminds me of the good old childhood days! We used to have this every weekend after our tennis practice. And look! I'd applied all the sauce to the dish as well.

泰國餐飲業還沒像台灣一樣這麼重視健康。所以湯裡頭多少都會放味精。天仙建議,麵吃光,料吃完就好。至於湯嘛,淺嘗幾口就好囉!(不然真的會口乾舌燥的)

Thai cuisine has not yet come to the stage where they've become more health-aware. Therefore, there is bound to be some amount of msg in it. I would suggest that you finish the solid foods in it, and leave the soup...

ไข่เจียวหมูสับ Fluffy egg with minced pork

 這個間的焦黃焦黃的蛋,裡面有碎肉。淋上魚露,也是一個極簡單的美味!別看這蛋這樣,這可是要大火才能煎的出來的呢!

Don't you underestimate the power of this simple dish! With a bit of fish sauce, this dish is quite delicious!

這是套餐附贈的苳茵湯。台灣的...當然一點也比不上囉!

This is the tom yam soup that came with the egg dish.

酸酸辣辣的口感,搭配著簡單的碎肉煎蛋,美味極了!

Since the taste of the soup is more complicated, it goes quite well with the simple egg dish with rice!

บะหมี่แห้ง Bami Yellow noodles (dry)

天仙實在很愛這個黃麵(雖然天仙媽總是叫我不要吃太多,但畢竟度假嘛!)。點了湯的又點了乾的,原因其實是因為天仙不愛湯麵。

I really like these noodles, though my mum used to warn me not to have them too often. I ordered a second dish, dry, because, to be honest, I don't really like soup noodles.

那紅紅的是他們泰式的燒肉。我是覺得蠻普通的(一直都不是很愛)但乾麵只有這種口味的。

The red meat is also a special Thai dish. I never really fancied it, but I supposed it's worth a try.

ข้าวขาหมู Pork Rice.

這是泰國的豬腳飯。是不是跟台灣的長得很不一樣?

Thai pork rice seems quite different from Taiwan pork rice, doesn't it!

雖然天仙以前熟悉的味道分散各地,不過靠著這美食街的美味,其實也達成了一次就享受到這些美食。

Now the shops I'm familiar with are all dispersed around town. But through this food court, I got the chance to taste all these dishes all at once!

最後,我們發現票券還有剩!買了這杯飲料,竟然還是有得找!

In the end, we still had some coupons left! So we got ourselves a drink. (And still had change!)

當初我們換了200泰銖的票券~ 本來想再換一點,點個芒果糯米來吃。不過這幾道下肚後,其實也很撐了!

We spent 200baht for coupons... four dishes and a drink! We did wonder if we should get more to have mango sticky rice, but then decided we were quite full!

    泰國冬天等於台灣沒有寒流時的冬天
    夏天熱到爆
    所以天氣熱想到要吃泰國料理
    似乎還滿合常理的~ ^^

  • 我去過泰國一次~東西好吃又便宜~清邁我家人有去過~看他帶回來的照片一整個好羨慕啊!!看天仙的介紹就更想去泰國吃好吃的了!!

    清邁是我的第二個家鄉
    說什麼我都會覺得他比曼谷或其他地方好
    雖然還有其他好玩的地方
    不過交通可能就不如清邁便利了
    泰國真的是個很棒的地方
    有機會的話,可以安排在四月中旬來清邁
    不過可能要提早半年安排
    因為正逢宋干節
    是全國最熱鬧的時候
    而且其他地方不比清邁熱鬧喔

    大火煎得蛋就是特別好吃
    天阿,我這蛋控又想吃蛋了

    這是的確啦
    不過我認為泰國菜的味素好像都是不用錢的 >"<~
    其實我對這也不太敏感,但泰國喝到的湯頭卻很明顯 XD
    美食街的蛋其實算還好
    如果去路邊攤那種更焦一點的
    會更美味(打拋飯也會搭配這樣微焦的荷包蛋)好吃極了!

    老k也是比較愛乾麵
    豬腳飯弄成一絲絲的還真的沒吃過

    我覺得泰國的豬腳飯有點偏甜
    不過很久沒吃豬肉
    所以一下子要我吃
    我還不太敢吃太肥的

    我分不太出來有沒有加味素~捏~
    不過來到當地就是要多吃點特色料理才對拉~

    其實只要有湯的料理
    泰國的菜裡面其實蠻明顯的
    我都懷疑他們的味素是不是都不用錢 XD

    看色澤真的是很美耶!
    不過我每次出國都覺得國外煎蛋沒有台灣人強XDDDD

    不過泰國菜真的要配上這種微焦的蛋
    道地的打拋飯也是會附上一顆大火煎出來的荷包蛋才對味~

    有時用少少的摳摳,就能大大滿足了,
    重點還很道地喔!
