Looks can be deceiving...


Hopefully, I'll be doing a lot of cookin' here....

This is actually what the room looks like, when I first opened the door...

True, I was a little shocked, but then I wasn't quite sure what to expect...

So, this will have to do.

Though I was knackered, I knew I had to unpack and get the bed ready before I could rest.  I bought the duvet, pillow, and bed sheet from the school service.  I later found out that it was not a bad deal at all, considering the convenience of not having to run around and look for thing right after your long flight and not knowing the place at all.

It actually looks like a psychiatric ward...

Yes, I stole that blanket from SAL...so what?! I would have stolen the fork and spoon if I had known that they weren't gonna check me luggage at all at the airport! Convenience!  You get what I mean here?



I must say, it gets a bit noisy at night with all the pedestrians and drunk freshers walking underneath.  But once I manage to sleep, the night is quite pleasant, not to mention the fact that the first thing I see is the tree outside my window.

I didn't really know what to expect of my accommodation, but to have a tree right outside my window, and pigeons coming by and saying hello every now and then, is way more than what I would have ever expected!

中文大綱：照片中看起來好像還不錯吧！不過事實上我打開門的那一剎那，還是有稍微被嚇到。有點恐怖。好處是：窗戶很大，窗外就有一棵大樹，不時還有鴿子前來陪伴。真的很不錯。雖然晚上有時會很吵，因為窗外就是馬路邊，不過入夜後真的還不錯。早上一睜開眼睛就看到大樹。佈置完以後雖然有點像精神病房，但看在大樹的份上，我已經很滿足了。這就是這一年內我發文的地方。大加上部落格時，記得想像一下我坐在桌前的樣子吧～
