在撥放下集之前，先插播午餐食記。我們到了小琉球其實也差不多該吃午餐了。因為知道午餐過後會走很多的路，又加上回程票遺失事件，真的很需要來點精神安慰。走到一條很多餐廳的路，也拿不定主意到底要吃哪一間。不過後來決定吃這間中將海鮮。有的時候旅途上遇到的人事物，總是充滿了驚喜。我們只有兩個人，來這種海鮮店點餐其實會有點麻煩。菜不能點太多種類，怕份量太多吃不完。但只點個一兩樣又吃部過癮。還好老闆很貼心。看我們只有兩個人，就跟我們建議說可以放心點想吃的，他們可以幫我們做小份的，價格也會算便宜些。就甘心。
Before posting Part II, I'd like you to take a look at our lunch first. It was already lunch time by the time we arrived. Knowing we would spend a lot of time walking in the afternoon, in addition to the incident of losing the ticket, food remedy was badly needed. We walked to a street with a lot of restaurants to choose from. We then decided to have our lunch at this restaurant. It was a great decision. Sometimes you get surprises like this during a journey. It can be quite awkward for two people to dine at a restaurant like this, as you won't get as many varieties of dishes. And only ordering one or two dishes can also be quite boring. The owner was, however, extremely kind. He suggested that we order whatever we wanted, and he would make a smaller portion for us, with a lower price for each dish, of course. 
因此我們就開心的點了我們想吃的。不料，原以為可以很盡情的吃生魚片，這天卻沒有... 哭哭！！
Therefore, we happily ordered what we wanted. Although... due to the weather during the previous few days, there were no raw fish for me...

嗚呼！出海囉！天仙好久沒有坐船惹！想想最後一次坐船是在利物浦耶！「讀舊文」不過那次是在河上，這次可是出海耶！其實小琉球是讀者在粉絲專頁上建議的。我沒有想到當我把這個提議說出來的時候，同行友人絲毫沒有疑惑的就說好！咱們就去那！而且前一天晚上在高雄的時候還跟我說：我們隔天就坐最早的一班渡輪去吧！喂喂喂！最早的一班是八點！而且是從東港出發耶！*汗*
Whoopee! Off to sea! It's been such a long time since I've been on a ferry! The last time was in Liverpool! [See old article] However, that was a river ferry. This time I'm off to sea! This trip was actually recommended by a reader on my Facebook Page. I didn't think that my companion would look so much forward to it when I suggested it to him. The night before the trip, he even suggested that we take the first ferry. What he didn't realise was that the first ferry was at 8am, but it wasn't departing from Kaohsiung! It meant we had to be at Donggang before 8am!  
無論是前一天與友人喝完喜酒在討論或是事前與其他友人討論時，大家都一致的建議，如果要去小琉球最好是給他註上一兩晚才玩得過癮。可是因為我假期有線，所以就只能安排一日遊（正確來說應該是半日遊！）。不知道是誰說要坐八點那班渡輪，結果我們其實十點多才坐上渡輪。噗！
Everyone who knew my itinerary suggested that if we were to head to Little Liu Qiu, it would be better to spend a night or two there. But that was the only day we could take the trip. So... we had to make do. And in the end, we didn't get on the 8am ferry. We got on at around 10...

這台機車還有個故事... 話說一群人圍繞著這台機車抽煙聊天。後來一個男人來了，請他們退後，說是孩子的車。過了五分鐘之後，一個我看似像高中生得短髮女孩走來很生氣的看著他的車子（像是已經被人家蹂躪過，慘不仁賭樣）然後又瞪著那個男的（還不是瞪那群抽煙男人喔！）。後來就把車移到別處。當下我還以為反正就是一個疼女兒的爸爸吧！然後女兒又被疼到有公主病這樣。不過後來我卻看到他們手牽著手（還十指交握！）我心裡又想：啊！有哪對父女會十指交握啊！？因為再度輪上除了看海也沒其他事情可以做，只好做一堆聯想。噗！
There's a story behind this scooter. It was initially surrounded by a number of blokes, smoking and talking and chattering, until a man came and asked them to back off from the scooter because 'the kid' would be angry. After about five minutes, 'the kid', who seemed to me like a teenage girl, furiously walked to her scooter, and kept staring at the man. (Shouldn't she be staring at the men who were smoking around her scooter?) Anyway, I thought at first, oh! just another spoiled daughter! But wait! Once the girl moved her dearly beloved scooter elsewhere, the girl and the man started holding hands! With fingers laced! What a weird scene! I swear it was only because there was nothing much but the sea to look at while on board... that is why I had all these thoughts about these two...

回歸正題吧！其實這天天氣不算太好，但也不差。如果是夏天的話，應該會熱到爆炸吧！
Anyway, back to the subject... The weather wasn't great. But it wasn't bad either. If it had been summer, we would've melted, I suppose.

一溜煙的時間，我們就抵達了小琉球！真是令人興奮！我已經好久沒有去"沒去過"的地方了！
In no time at all, we arrived! It was very exciting, as it'd been a while since I explored a new territory.

結果到這裡，我突然發現我把回程的渡輪票給弄不見了！沿途回去剛才上廁所的路程也都沒看見票有掉在哪裡。我本來很沮喪，想說我怎麼可能會把這麼重要的東西給弄丟！還好同行友人的勸說，反應了：錢能解決的事情，真的都不是問題，我才又調整好心情繼續去探險！
And when we got here, I realised that I had lost the return ticket! I could not believe that I could actually lose something that important. But I couldn't find it anywhere! It was nowhere to be found! Alas! My companion didn't blame me, and instead just said: we'll just buy another ticket, it's no big deal. I suppose. So I adjusted my mood and when I was ready, we went off exploring.

As it was lunch time, we did manage to find a place for lunch before we continue our exploration.

You'll see a lot of these scooters. They actually belong to the rental agencies located near the harbour. There is no need to look for them, as you will surely be accosted by some aggressive sales people... (usually middle-aged women)... so be forewarned!

其實我們沒有很專心的研究到底哪裡可以去。就是隨著步道亂走。隨處可見小驚喜。無論是小植物或是小蟲，都是很可愛的小生命！
We didn't really put much effort into figuring out where we could go. We just went along the path. Along the way, whether it be tiny plants or tiny insects and worms, all of them were a part of the beautiful nature!

平常沒事也不會跑道高雄去（高鐵票貴，其他方式又太耗時），可是偏偏得去高雄的這兩個週末卻是連著。第一次投宿的旅館相當滿意。這第二次則是來到了鼎鼎大明的八五大樓。這真是個很奇妙的經驗。
Normally, I wouldn't go to Kaohsiung unless there was a special purpose. The High Speed Rail is too expensive, and any other way of getting there is too time consuming. However, it just so happened that the two weekends I had to go to Kaohsiung were back to back... I was quite pleased with the first place we stayed at. This time, we came to the popular Building 85. It had been a rather interesting experience. 
可能是因為房間都滿了，所以被分配到的這間看起來比較不像大家平常所看見的摩登與華麗。但我卻覺得挺溫馨的。
Perhaps it had been because all the rooms were fully booked, so the room I got was not so modern or elegant as the rooms you would normally see. However, I thought it was more than sufficient.

台北車站樓上的微風，我想大家應該都略有所聞了。其實我並不是很喜歡來這裡用餐。其實是跟餐廳沒問題的。問題倒是"人"。這裡比一般百貨公司的美食街還要擠。要不要排隊等還要碰運氣。好不好吃倒也就不這麼重要了。不過話雖如此，當你拿不定主意想吃什麼時，這裡卻又是一個不錯的選擇。畢竟他有各式各樣的餐點。從西式到中、日、韓、泰... 
The Breeze Center above Taipei Main Station has now become quite famous. I don't actually enjoy eating here. The problem is not the restaurants, but the people. I often find it even more crowded than the food courts in other department stores for some reason, and whether or not you have to wait in line, all depends on luck. Thus it hardly matters whether the food is good or not. However, when you haven't decided what to eat, it does become a pretty good choice... as it does have a variety of cuisines for you to pick from. 
而這天的選擇，則是鐵板燒！
The choice of the day was - teppanyaki! 
看到這盤沙拉就可以猜到，這間有別於一般的鐵板燒。（鐵板燒配沙拉的確是頗詭異）
Salad was a side dish that is quite strange, as most teppanyaki don't normally serve this! 
隨餐附贈的還有茶碗蒸。

據說六合夜市，已經成為一個只有觀光客會去的夜市。上一次我來已經是大學的時候了。這次因為住的地方離這裡很近，就趁機來逛逛。因為這次是為公務而來，所以其實到了晚上已經有點無力。所以也沒時間去拚更遠的地方。還好這裡步行幾分鐘就到了。雖說夜市其實都大同小異，但是高雄的夜市跟台北的比起來，海鮮類的食物實在是多到不行耶！望眼一看，近乎八成都是賣海鮮。
I've heard that Liu-he night market has now become exclusively for tourists. The last time I visited this night market, was when I was still in uni! This time, it was because the hotel I stayed at was very close by, allowing me an excuse to revisit it. However, because this was a business trip, so by the time I got back to the hotel, I was too exhausted to go outside the neighbourhood of where I was staying. The night market was within a walking distance. Although people say that night markets are all similar, however, I find that Kaohsiung night markets varies quite significantly from those in Taipei. For one thing - there are a lot more seafood stalls here!

I have to admit I don't really know much about Kaohsiung. I usually go straight to my grandma's in the countryside during my visits to Kaohsiung. So each time, I depend a lot on my local tour guides to show me the unique places here. After our little seafood dinner, we picked up another friend, and went straight to an ice-dessert place, apparently very famous and popular. This was one of the few places that remained open after 10, so it was the perfect place for some morsel before calling it a night. 
我必須承認，其實我對高雄真的很不熟。因為以前每次到高雄都直接跑去鄉下找我啊嬤。因此每次來都得靠地陪才會知道哪裡好吃好玩。吃完好吃的海鮮之後，我們又去接了一個朋友，之後就馬上跑來吃冰。因為這裡開得比較晚，所以很適合十點以後，填飽肚子的地方。（可是我明明已經吃飽了啊！）

There are no pictures of the shop, only the food, but apparently this is the restaurant that the crew of the popular television drama 'Black and White' like to visit. Well, I don't know if the food here is really good, or whether it is because the seafood in Kaohsiung is a lot more fresh here, but it was absolutely delicious! 
雖然沒有店裡的照片（只有食物的），不過據說這間餐廳呢，就是「痞子英雄」劇組很喜歡來的地方。其實我不知道這裡的食物是真的好吃，還是高雄的海產隨便點都好吃，總之就是超級好吃啦！

Why did I say I got tricked? Actually, this was a dinner between me and my good mate who was about to be married the following week. He said that he was not hungry, but felt like having some shrimp. Believing that I could still eat more, he went ahead and ordered another plate of this shrimp dish... Well, I must say, at that point, I was full. But the shrimp was so sweet and delicious, I still managed to finish it! 
為什麼我說被騙呢？其實這餐是跟我一個隔周就要變成人夫的好友共進的晚餐。他說他其實不餓，但很想吃蝦子。結果他一直覺得我還沒吃飽，所以就擅自決定再多點一盤蝦。其實那個時候我已經飽了，只是這個蝦子實在太甜美，我就還是把他吃完惹！！！！

I stayed here for a business trip down to Kaohsiung. I was really lucky to have found this place. It was within my budget, new and clean, and best of all, the service was excellent! 
因為洽公南下而找到這間旅館。其實相當的幸運，因為不只是符合我的預算，裝潢新乾淨，而且最棒的是服務真的是一級棒！
Initially, I had asked for a single room. However, there weren't any more single rooms left. They asked me if I wanted a double room instead, but I said the double rooms exceed my budget. When they heard this, they told me that they had a smaller double room within my budget, and asked if that was acceptable. I gladly accepted, because of their thoughtfulness.
原本我是要訂一間單人房，不過他們說已經都被定光了。他們問我不然要不要改定雙人房。但因雙人房的價位超出可以報帳的預算，我就很苦惱地告訴他們我的困難。他們一聽才對我透漏，其實是有另外一種比較小格局的雙人房，是在我預算之內，問我可不可以接受。因為他們的態度非常柔和，我便答應了！

There was only one lady at the counter, but the service was very friendly. I can assure you that their service is even better (more friendly) than the service provided by five star hotels!
抵達的時候櫃台只有一個小姐在。不過服務真的很親切！我甚至敢說他們的服務態度甚至比五星級飯店的服務員們還要親切！

Although small, it was clean and comfy. Who would care about the tiny space? The counter lady said VIP cards are now free of charge. Of course, I signed up for one without hesitation. 
正所謂麻雀雖小五臟俱全啊！這麼乾淨又舒適的環境，小一點又何妨呢？櫃台小姐說辦VIP免費，既然是免費，當然就給他捧場辦一張囉！
The next morning (after a good night sleep!) was time for breakfast! 
隔天早上（睡了一整晚的好覺之後）就到了早餐時間囉！
I'm not too impressed by the breakfast, but I didn't mind it too much. Because the overall experience was too good for anything to ruin it. 
其實這早餐我不太滿意，不過我不介意。因為我對這裡整體的評價真的很不錯。
It's very close to the Kaohsiung MRT and Liu He Night Market. So if you happen to need a place to stay, I highly recommend you LEGEND HOTEL.
這裡離捷運、六合夜市都很近喔！所以如果你剛好有需要在高雄過夜，我強力推薦秝芯旅店喔！

I guess you could call this the Christmas present I got myself. It is very difficult to find a studio flat with kitchen, so it's been very difficult for me, as I really do enjoy cooking! But one day, I saw on TV a multi-purpose mini pot, designed for single and nobles like me (hahaha). I then sought online, and found the exact same pot, with the exact same offers as the TV offer. Without hesitation, I bought the pot! 
我想這也可算是我買給自己的聖誕禮物吧！台灣很難找到附廚房的小套房，所以對我這種喜歡亂煮一通的人來說真的很痛苦啊。不過有天在電視台看到在賣一台專門為單身貴族設計的迷你的多功能料理鍋，上網找了一下，跟電視台供應的折扣都一樣！當然二話不說就買囉！

I didn't have enough time to buy any groceries for any recipe that night, but I really wanted to try the pot. Remembering that I have been longing for a bowl of noodles and half-cooked egg, I decided to try the pot by cooking this simple bowl of noodles. It tastes so different from the noodles prepared by only adding boiling water, because the egg won't get cooked at all like that! 
因為拿到鍋子的當天晚上，我來不及去採購買菜，但又很想開始使用這個鍋子。此時我才想到我已經好久沒有吃用煮的泡麵了（因為可以加蛋！）所以鍋子的處女秀就只好拿來先煮碗加顆蛋的泡麵了。雖然不要常吃，但是這種泡麵煮起來真的比泡得要好吃多了！因為用泡的，蛋根本就熟不了啊！
But after a first trial, I decided that it was not enough to pursude the readers how convenient the pot is. So I decided to wait till I have accumulated more dishes before I post this article. 
經過第一次使用之後，我覺得這好像不太能說服讀者這個鍋子有多好用。所以我就想說等我累積多幾盤菜之後，我再來貼文吧！

Since this is my favourite dish of all time, I decided that if I can make this with the pot, then nothing else more mattered. And so, if you are single noble like me, and is dying to have hot pot at home, or want an occasional scrambled egg for breakfast in your little studio flat, this would be the perfect pot for you! It's a lot cheaper than other types of electric stoves, and it comes with a pot, too! 
既然這是我最喜歡吃的菜，我就想說既然連麻油雞都可以做了，其他也都不要緊了。所以如果你跟我一樣單身跪族（誤）然後呢有時想在家吃吃火鍋，或是週末早晨有時想在家吃點炒蛋之類的，這個鍋子真的很適合你唷！比一般電磁爐便宜太多，又附上鍋子！千元有找喔！
