從一開始我就一直很期待要來找幾場媽媽教室來聽聽。曾經看過網路上有媽媽竟然參加了20場媽媽教室跟35場媽媽教室！看他分享他拿到的贈品，其實我也沒有很羨慕啦！（謎之音：真的嗎？）一方面我沒那麼多時間，另一方面這些贈品大部分都沒什麼用處吧！
既然不是貪圖贈品，那我到底為什麼這麼堅持一定要上媽媽教室呢？
其實原因很簡單！第一個，也是首要的，就是圖個安心！寶寶再度子裡一天一天地長大！十個月說長不長，說短卻又不短！只是時間一下就過去了！不好好趁著個時候學習怎麼生孩子，怎麼帶孩子，等到當下遇到狀況了，可就慌了啊！所以多聽多學，當然是有益無害。另個原因，是因為我的產檢日都是在周間。公司福利算不錯，有產前假可以用在產檢上。不過爸爸要是每個月都請假陪我產檢，那今天一整年都別想拿到全勤獎了。為了多賺一點多存一點奶粉錢，我跟孩子的爸商量好，要是沒有什麼問題，產檢就我去就好。但這樣一來，孩子的爸的參與感就減少很多了！
所以我堅持，每一場媽媽教室，都要他陪著我去。我一個人去多沒意思！為的不是出現在媽媽教室中會比較有面子，而是為了讓孩子的爸有參與感！這些媽媽教室常常會講到孕期會遇到的狀況。有時候我們自己說，老公們不痛不癢的，大概以為我們只是在撒嬌吧！但透過媽媽教室的講師們敘說，他們會更容易了解我們的辛苦。回家後當然也會更體貼、包容我們。最重要的是，陪產的時候，以及孩子出生後，準爸爸也會了解要怎麼做才可以幫忙照顧孩子。
去產檢的時候，醫院就有附上他們舉辦的媽媽教室。不過一個月才差不多一次，然後大部分又都是在周間。對於要上班的爸媽來說，真的要好好的考量哪場值得去！而我上網開始找的時候，又發現並沒有一個整合全台媽媽教室場次的媒介。所以只能從各大醫院、婦產科以及孕婦裝啦、奶粉啦、嬰兒用品之類的廠商官網去找。
天仙參加過三種類型的媽媽教室：1. 醫院舉辦的 2. 奶粉廠商舉辦的 3. 臍帶血銀行舉辦的。
醫院舉辦的，無論講師是醫生還是護理師，都可以學到很多東西。而且就算講師自己沒生過，都還是可以安心聽他們的話！畢竟人家是專業！奶粉廠商所舉辦的媽媽教室就有分是他們內部的衛教人員（這是好聽，其實都是銷售原來著）或是外聘講師。我曾經聽過一場就是著名的馬偕小兒科醫師主講的，真的學到很多！再來就是臍帶血銀行舉辦的了！我們參加的那一場分上下兩場。上半場是奶粉廠商主講，下半場才是臍帶血。因為我們很怕臍帶血銀行的積極攻勢，所以整個跳過！即使知道聽完以後會有福袋，而臍帶血銀行因為比任何廠商都積極，所以贈品一定很豐盛。但我們還是堅持不聽就離開了。
這幾場聽下來之後我覺得，產檢醫院或診所若有舉辦，是一定要聽個幾場！即使沒有贈品也是可以學到新知的！奶粉廠商的也是可以聽。尤其是當你還沒決定要給北鼻喝什麼配方奶的時候，就算他們要講一些關於產品的說明其實也是可以加減聽。經過幾場之後，其實我們也真的有點頭緒該怎麼選配方奶了。至於臍帶血的部分，我覺得除非你真的有在考慮，真的不用浪費時間去聽。別貪圖那個福袋囉！但如果今天主講人是醫生來著，那真的就可以聽一下。
主辦單位跟主講人雖然重要，但是主題也是考慮的因素之一。
我最想聽的其實是關於哺乳方面的。雖然報名的這幾場都沒有明確標示有講到，但好在醫院主辦的那場有稍微講解。最不能錯過的就是拉梅茲呼吸法！其實也不是刻意，但這個主題我們就聽了兩次！另外還有新生兒沐浴，我覺得學到很多。前面提到小兒科醫生主講的那場，也學到了一些寶寶出生後可能會遇到的一些狀況。至於其他的，就是看個人想要了解什麼主題了。雖說現在書籍出的那麼多，但是看完書再去參加媽媽教室，總是會加深記憶。而且書中沒能得到的答案也可以趁這個時候問問主講人～
雖然不是為了貪圖贈品而參加，但除了醫院舉辦的媽媽教室之外，多少都是可以拿到一些贈品的。
左手邊的手提袋雖小，但其實可以裝雨傘或是保溫杯之類的長型物品。寶寶出生後應該也可以放個奶瓶之類的。
這個是讓我覺得有點浪費資源的東西。不過還算有趣。那些眼鏡，是可以讓你了解北鼻出生後的視力狀況。上面的圖卡說是可以幫助開發視力用的。那個轉盤好像是用來測預產期的。
 
左下角這個像曼谷包的東西，是還滿好用的。原本不知道NUK到底是在幹嘛用的，不過看完這些贈品，之後又在其他店裡看到才了解原來是賣嬰兒用品的！品質似乎都不錯。贈品也都挺有誠意的（都是真的用得上的東西）
雖然是個不起眼的贈品，但是有了維尼熊，這卻成了我的最愛之一～ 真是可愛！以後真的要貼起來給北鼻量身高～
NUK跟奶粉廠商都有附上小冊子。不過我看大部分參加的媽媽都已經五個月以上了（肚子都很大了），現在才看這個似乎有點晚～
上面提到的NUK贈品。除了那不知道能裝什麼的看似很脆弱的袋子，其他兩個我想日後應該用的上。
看袋子就知道，其實這也是奶粉廠商的贈品。竟然是尿布！不過濕紙巾倒是現在就可以用上了！
除了手扎裡有折價券，還另外在附上了一張20元的折價券。但尿布這麼貴，才折個$20會不會太.... 
前面提到，雖然醫院的媽媽教室不會有贈品。但這場因為有菸害防制宣導。Q&A的時候，還是給了點小贈品。天仙家有倫敦熊，我一看是英國熊，立馬叫老公舉手搶答 XD
除了這些贈品以及實用的新知之外，其實天仙也觀察到了一些有趣的事情。透過這些事情，也讓天仙了解自己真的沒選錯老公。雖然不能陪產檢，但其實我們都很無奈。不過每堂媽媽教室，孩子的爸的筆記可是做得比天仙還要認真（因為天仙書寫中文比較慢，要翻成英文才寫又很費時）。這幾堂媽媽教室中，我看見有爸爸突然中間離席（似乎是去處理公事）。雖然他們夫妻好像也不是第一胎，但天仙跟老公說了，要是今天上到一半離開的是他，我肯定跟他沒完沒了啊！另外，在上關於新生兒沐浴的課程時，有位年輕的媽媽，囑咐一旁的年輕老公說：以後你要幫北鼻洗澡。我看那位爸爸中場突然進來已經滿臉的無奈了，聽到自己老婆這樣說，便道：我才不要！（他有解釋說是怕弄傷北鼻）但儘管如此，我還是覺得... 至少我選的老公，孩子的爸，給我的安全感到目前為止，真的是100%。所以前面才會說，讓爸爸一起參加媽媽教室，好處是非常多的！即使老公因為工作上的需求沒有辦法給予太多幫助，但至少可以透過媽媽教室的講師以及其他媽媽的經驗分享，讓他們了解，我們生孩子需要經歷些什麼過程！
實用的媽媽教室，不用參加太多場。多看幾個主題，挑幾個你自己覺得可以學到最多的來上就可以了。至於爸爸要不要跟，其實也是在個人囉！如果爸爸想跟當然是最好的。不過每個人的狀況都不一樣，天仙是因為孩子的爸沒辦法陪產檢，才想安排他可以參與的媽媽教室。只是希望各位爸爸在被拖去上媽媽教室的時候，要理解：生孩子真的不是我們媽媽一個人的事、一個人的責任。所以不要覺得媽媽教室叫媽媽一個人去上就好了。尤其是像拉梅茲這種課程，爸爸的重要性是非常的高的喔！

說到碗粿，其實天仙不是特別愛。但是對這間卻特別有感情。之前還不吃豬肉的時候，嘴饞會把裏頭的肉挑掉。到底什麼原因？讓天仙這麼愛這間碗粿？
其實又要說到天仙的童年了。在還沒離開台灣之前，天仙媽就在附近工作。當時還沒蓋捷運，而現有的捷運站上方原本是市場。這間碗粿當時就在市場裡。無論是陪著媽媽上班，下班後一起來吃，還是媽媽下班後打包好幾份回家，這味道就是天仙的童年。
所以每次來到龍山寺，都會想要來上一份。這次趁著給月老還願，就一起來品嘗一下這個天仙童年的味道。
I'm not a big fan of these savoury rice puddings, but this is a place that has my childhood memories. Before I started eating pork, I would pick out the pork and have the rest of the pudding. So what is the reason why I love this place so much?
Well, we'd have to go back a long way to my childhood, before we all left Taiwan. My mum used to work in the vicinity, and either we would come here together, or she would take some home as lunch or afternoon snack. What is now the MRT, used to be a market. The place used to be a stall in the market place. 
That's why, whenever we come to Longshan Temple, which is nearby, I'd always try and squeeze a spot in my tummy for this.
店裡賣的東西不多，除了碗粿就是魚羹。所以點餐、上餐、翻桌速度都很快。
They only serve two things here: the rice puddings and milkfish thick soup. That's why the entire process of ordering, serving, and eating moves along quite fast.
桌上附上餐具及醬料。
You'll find garlic, chilli, vinegar, and pepper on the table, along with forks for the pudding.
這就是天仙童年的味道！

裏頭有蛋黃也有一大塊肉。
You'll find a big chunk of meat in it. There is also an egg yolk. 
然後還有虱目魚羹。天仙不愛這味，所以都留給老公。不過多愧老公點了這道，我才有得拍～
Now, I don't normally order this thick soup, but thanks to my other half, I get to take a picture of the soup as well.
還願完剛好要回娘家。天仙爸媽還指定了要外帶。自從搬去台中後，他們也很難得吃到。
And some to take home to the parents, since we were heading home later that afternoon.
店面雖不大，但因為賣的樣式不多所以其實大家吃的也不會太久。
這間老店的好味道，推薦給大家！

這夏天下廚啊是最折磨人的了！尤其是現在又挺個大肚子，再一個沒有整規廚房的小小套房裡弄出個一兩樣菜來，還沒吃到飯恐怕早就累癱了。這天孩子的爸從下午就出門，一直要到很晚才回來。已經很少這樣一個人度過整個周末的夜晚了。最擔心的竟然是晚餐要吃啥！很想要自己煮，卻又怕麻煩。後來想到天仙媽曾經教過天先做的這道稀飯，美味又可口！把白米換成糙米或是五穀十穀米，更添加了一些營養。雖說懷孕不要吃太多鴨蛋皮蛋之類的，不過老實說，自己做的這道，怎麼說都還是比外頭做的吃的要安心啦！只要不是每天吃（微量或少量的吃）其實也不用那麼緊張。（話說我事後看了十穀米的成分才發現原來裡面有孕婦禁用的薏仁，不過他只是十穀的其中一種，量應該不多！）
所需食材：
十穀米＆白米（1:1比例或十穀米更少）一杯
金針菇 半包
鹹鴨蛋 1~2個
皮蛋 1~2個
五花肉 1條
米酒 少許
水 4~5杯
如果今天大家想要用一般的白米，那就洗先把米洗好，再來處理其他的材料就好。若是使用糙米或多穀類的米，洗後請先提前倒入一杯水浸泡30分鐘。浸泡約15分鐘後可以開始備其他材料。
五花肉可依個人喜好留著皮或去皮。切開的大小也可依個人喜好自行調整。不過盡量不要切太大塊，咬起來會有點老，影響口感。
切好之後，倒入一點米酒，用手抓一抓。放置一旁，醃一下去腥。
金針菇洗淨後依個人喜好切成段。
皮蛋、鹹蛋剝殼後切成小塊。（因為皮蛋其實不太好切，會黏在刀子或沾板上，所以可以用手拿著切好直接丟入。請小心傷手。）
備完料後，米也差不多浸的夠久了。直接把切好的食材全部丟進去，再倒入3~4杯水。水量可依個人喜好調整。喜歡稀一點的就加多一點水。為保險起見，寧願多加水也不要少加。因為電鍋跳起來發現太稀的話其實可以再讓它悶一下！水分就會被米吸起來。
可以用湯匙攪拌一下，煮出來的才會均勻。
外鍋倒入1/4杯水或再多一點，按下電源等他跳起！跳起後白米悶5分鐘左右，其他多穀類的請多悶15~30分鐘，才不會吃到軟硬不分的米喔！
因為鹹鴨蛋的緣故，已經有鹹味了！因此根本就不用再加鹽巴。但若你喜歡重口味的，可以再自行加一點醬油，也會更香！
這天我是懶得再弄，不然其實還可以在電鍋跳起時，加入一點切碎的青江菜，丟進去悶！這樣，尤其是家中有小朋友的，又可以輕鬆吃到青菜哩！

結婚是個非常瑣碎既麻煩的過程。雖然天仙娘家婆家都很體諒我們在外地工作的不便以及經濟上也給了很多通榮，所以一切從簡。不過，人生難得才一次的結婚過程，有些事情還是不能省。天仙也曾很天真的想過，要全部自己動手來。不過隨著時間一點一滴的過去，最後總還是回到：有錢能解決就好... 這段期間，跟娘家與婆家的溝通要非常的頻繁。我覺得這整個過程的設計，雖然每個新娘幾乎都會至少崩潰個一兩次，但卻是非常的必要！何謂如此呢？我覺得若是跟婆家娘家不熟悉就草草的只有登記，其他都省略了！其實以後婆家娘家兩家子也不太有機會再變的更熟了。說句不討喜的話，有時候婚前的這些衝突可以讓你看清很多事實。重要的不是有沒有吵架，而是有了衝突你們怎麼去克服（各位已婚的你們說是吧！！？？）

1. 喜餅

覺得這些照片很有趣嗎？看起來是不是很有質感？到了清邁，除了好吃還有好玩的！其實天仙高中畢業前就有來這裡拍過傳統藝術照。我們一直以為價錢很高不想拍。不過那年剛好心血來潮去問了價錢才知道一點都不貴。事隔多年後，帶著當時還是未婚夫去清邁玩，就也想要趁機再重新拍一組起來留著作紀念。
這間位於多年前很熱鬧的night bazaar（夜市）。原本也在我們的shopping行程中。不過聽友人提起才知道原來這麼多年來，這裡也逐漸落寞了。除了還可以騙騙不熟清邁的觀光客之外，幾乎是沒什麼人會想要來逛了。不過天仙此行是有任務的，所以還是得來。
Don't these photos look interesting? Intrigued? Well, there is more than just food waiting for you in Chiang mai. Actually, I'd taken photos like these once before I left for Taiwan during high school. We had always imagined it being really expensive. Until that one time when we decided to ask for the price, then we realised that it was actually pretty cheap! After all these years, I had come back again! This time, with my fiance (at the time), so I wanted to take the opportunity to take these photos again.
This studio is located in the midst of the night bazaar. It was one of our anticipated itineraries. Except, my friend told me over dinner the night before, that no one comes here any more, other than a few tourists. Everyone else would go to this other place for shopping! But since we had a mission to accomplish, we still had to come. 
其實這裡不用怕被坑，因為價錢很透明化。這裡一排一共約兩三間都是拍這樣的照片的。所以不彷全部都問，在挑一間自己覺得價錢合理，風格也是自己喜歡的。由於天仙記憶中也是在第一間拍的，就也沒多問，直接選定這間了。
There is no need to worry about getting ripped off here. You can see the price labelled on placards outside the studios. Also, there are a number of shops located right by each other. If you still feel unsafe, you could try asking all the studios before deciding. From what I remembered, this first studio was where we had ours taken years ago. That's why we didn't bother asking other studios.
進去之後他們會給你相本，讓你挑造型跟衣服。挑好之後就開始化妝。
在此天仙想要小小的提醒，如果你肌膚敏感，那你可能要跟他們協調不要上妝，直接作髮妝跟衣服的選擇就好。因為這些照片的價位不高，所以他們所使用的彩妝也不用期待品質會多好。因此敏感性肌膚的就要小心喔！
Once you decide on which studio to work with, they'll let you look through photos to choose which style of hair and dress you'd like. Then, the make over will begin! 
Before I move on, I must remind you ladies with sensitive skins, that since the price for these photos aren't that expensive, you can't expect them to use high quality cosmetic products. Therefore, if you worry about your skin, then tell them you'd like to skip the facial make up and let them just do the hair and the dress. Otherwise, I can't be sure what those products might do to your sensitive skin! 
女生因為要上妝所以花比較久的時間。等到上妝完成，男生就可以去挑衣服、換衣服。這樣才能夠同步完成，開始拍照。
他們拍照也有自己一套的SOP。不過不用怕，因為這組照片拿回去自己的國家，怎麼看都是很特別的。所以不用太在意啦！
拍完照以後，他會先讓你換回原來的衣服。之後再坐下來挑照片。看你選的是哪種套組，可以挑一張放大的，然後其他也會洗出來給你。沒挑到的毛片也都會給你。只有幫你洗出來的照片會修過。
完成之後付費。差不多一兩個晚上後就可以取照片了！
所以想要拍傳統藝術照的話，記得這個行程一定要安排在頭一個晚上！這樣三四天的行程中才有足夠的時間回去取件喔！
It takes longer for ladies (for the make up). After that, the man can go ahead and choose his attire and go change into that. This is the only way to make sure that both of you are ready at the same time.
They have their own standards for posing in these photos. Just do what they say. Don't worry too much about being the same with everyone else. Because once you take these photos back to your own country, they'll still be special! 
After the photo shoot, you'll get to change back to your own clothes. Then, they'll sit you down to choose the photos you want developed and enlarged. These ones will be slightly photoshopped. But you'll get all the photos on a CD. 
Once you've done that, pay for your photos, and then wait two to three nights to get the CD and the photos. 
So if you're planning to do this, make sure you go on your first night in Chiang mai, to make sure there would be enough time for you to retrieve the photos!

當全台都在瘋全Ｘ芒果霜淇淋、全世界都在瘋Häagen-Dazs、Cold Stone等...，天仙心理念念不忘的還是小時候在清邁熟悉的Dairy Queen。上次參加Canada Day慶祝活動得知原來台灣已經有開分店了！這天像發了瘋似的直接跑來遠的要命的天母來一探究竟。當時看DM得知在天母設立第一間分店的時候，我就覺得真的是個好策略！因為這裡就離美國學校不遠。即使孩子們不知道，家長們一定都會知道。從這裡先開發市場，測水溫的策略其實滿聰明的說！開玩笑！這間可是標榜「股神巴菲特最愛」的冰淇淋店呢！
When the entire world goes insane over Häagen-Dazs or Cold Stone ice creams, the only ice cream I really missed was Dairy Queen. I used to have their ice cream all the time back in Chiang Mai. When I found out on Canada Day that Dairy Queen had already opened up in Taipei, we were so excited that we took this exlusive trip just to get a taste of it! They couldn't have chosen a better location as their trial... as this one was right by the Taipei American School. Even if the kids don't know about it, the parents would no doubt miss the taste of this scrumptious ice cream. There is no kidding in saying that it is, after all, Warren Buffett's favourite ice cream place (allegedly).
後來上網查才知道原來這間2013年底就開了！奇怪了是廣告做得不夠多嗎？10月才在泰國吃完想說下次要再吃到應該又要等好久了，沒想到已經悄悄的在台北開了！從店內裝潢看起來真的開沒多久。
人潮不算多但也不算少。還在可以接受的範圍。我目測了一下大家點的東西，幾乎都是我沒吃過的。其實這是因為來Dairy Queen，我只會點一種：Oreo Blizzard。
After checking online, I found out that the place was opened in December 2013. I could not believe I did not hear a single word about the place! When we had our last Dairy Queen in Thailand, we thought it would be a really long time until our next Dairy Queen! Never would've thought that a shop would already have opened right here in Taipei! 
I wouldn't exactly describe the place as packed when we got there, but there was quite a crowd. I looked around to see what everyone was having, and only a few ordered my favourite blizzard.

千萬別跟我說想吃這個到麥ＸＸ就有了！因為根本就不一樣！從他倒過來不會灑這點你就應該要知道這兩者的差異了。
Please don't tell me that this is exactly the same as the thing you get at Mc, because it's not. It's far from it! 
那天拿到的宣傳單有送免費的mini。我想孕婦也不能吃太多冰，來的mini就夠了。老公就看他愛點什麼就點啥吧。結果他也是點了blizzard，不過是M&M口味的。
The coupon we got the other day gave us a mini for free. I guess it was enough for a knocked-up lady like me, so I would have the mini, and the other half could have whatever he wished. He also ordered a blizzard in the end, except, it was M&M flavoured.
雖然這樣一杯不算便宜，但是料真的很實在。保證你每挖一瓢都挖的到M&M！
Despite it's rather steep price, it's quite the money's worth when you realise that you get M&M with every scoop! 
而跟麥ＸＸ的冰炫風不能比的oreo blizzard差別就在於，你還看的到oreo的顆粒！而不是全部打碎乎巄過去！
And what differentiated this from Mac's version, is that you can still see chunks of Oreo in it! 
好消息：公館門市將在八月開幕！這真是天大的好消息，因為天母實在是太遠了啊！
The good news is that they are opening up a new location at Gongguan! Tienmu is way too far for many of us!

店員在地給你的時候，也會先倒過來給你看。
When they serve you your blizzard, they'll serve it upside down. Or else, you'll get it for free. But mind you, it's probably never happened before. 
除了各式各樣的冰淇淋之外，還有冰淇淋蛋糕！這應該是響應最近的世足賽而設計的吧！？
I suppose this has to do with the recent World Cup craze. Interesting to know that they have ice cream cakes, too! 
雖然不便宜，但是這款我還滿想吃吃看的耶！
Although the price is a bit steep, I do really want to try this!

懷孕至今已經24周。想起來真是有點不可思議。肚子漸漸的一天比一天大，原本不知道我有北鼻的人現在是想藏也藏不住了。這期間遇到的好心人越來越多，但也有遇到那種根本不把妳放在眼裡的人（跟你搶路搶電梯搶座位的人還是大有人在）。所以孕婦還是要自己多注意些。
每次產檢醫生問我有沒有哪裡不舒服，我的回答都是「沒有」。除了開始很難翻身，躺平後很難爬起來之外，也幾乎沒有什麼特別不舒服的地方。聽聞身邊很多孕婦都有很多不舒服的地方，我就在想，是不是我去年底為了控制體重瘋狂的運動，加上這一兩年來很勤著每次好朋友結束後都乖乖喝四物才調理好的身體。讓這個雖然是個計劃之外但不意外的寶寶有個健康的環境可以安心成長？
因為一直都有在做瑜珈，而剛開始不知道自己已經懷孕，什麼高難度動作都有在做。而且我是那種很拼命的瑜珈學員。有時候老師甚至還會勸我不用那麼賣力（因為本身骨頭硬啊！想練軟一點啊～）我只有初期那一陣子下背腰很痛的時候休息，其他時間都照常繼續在練。不過因為我們的課程並非孕婦專屬課程，所以老師會適時告訴我，可以用那些動作替代。而因為自己也練了好多年了，基本動作幾乎都有大概的認知，現在老師甚至都可以不用個別指導，只要遇到趴在地上的，或是需要用到腹部的力量的體位法，我就自己選其他的體位法練習。這一陣子我發現我在練瑜珈的時候北鼻也會跟著在裡面動。不知道是不是跟媽咪一樣喜歡瑜珈呢？媽咪很期待以後可以跟你一起做瑜珈喔！
我記得很久以前曾經跟一位長輩聊天的時候說過，如果萬一真的不小心懷孕了，我可以不要爸爸，但孩子我是一定要生。（當然這個真的是指意外中的意外發生的前提下！）長輩跟我說：單親媽媽是很辛苦的！不只是扶養過程，就連懷孕期間少了爸爸這個重要的角色真的會辛苦很多！後來好在這種意外是沒發生啦！不過即使是孩子的爸可以在身邊陪伴、幫忙，我都還是覺得有好多不方便。我只能說，下次看到未婚媽媽或是單親媽媽，真的會更尊敬她們了！真的很辛苦！
在知道懷孕之後，我就去準備了一個小筆記本。我將每次的超音波照片都貼在裡面。有事沒事也都會在筆記本裡寫一些想對比鼻說的話。其實有書上建議可以寫下產檢之間所遇到的不適，這樣產檢的時候就不會忘東忘西（孕婦很健忘）。不過孕期幾乎沒有什麼不適，所以就只記錄著我跟北鼻說的話。有一天我給我家教學生看北鼻的超音波照片，他剛好看到我寫給北鼻的開頭幾乎都是：hello, darling！從此之後，他就開始稱呼我的北鼻叫：hello darling！XDDDD
隨著肚子變得越來越大，表示原本苗條身材可以穿得下的衣服都要先收起來了。好在我還曾經胖過！胖過的衣服這時都可以再度派上用場！（所以舊衣服別急著丟掉！）不過我原本沒想到的是，孕婦就連內在美也是需要重新添購的。原本的內在美，到了大概四個月得時候就變得超級緊的！每次回家後發現勒痕一堆。原本不想傷荷包，但最後還是妥協了。不過孕婦裝我是不敢買太多，我都盡量買入秋後坐月子時或是身材還沒恢復時照樣可以穿的。因為懷孕期間剛好是最熱的時候，但是生完又開始要變冷了，所以我都盡量買那種加個內搭褲入秋還可以繼續穿的，或是夏天可以單穿，入秋後只要在裡面穿上長袖的還是可以繼續穿的款式。不然只穿一季實在好浪費喔！
至於飲食方面，其實也有辛苦的地方。畢竟娘家婆家都在中部，所以平時如果太累或太晚下班，外食的機率還是比較高（而且最近天氣這麼熱，要在小套房裡煮東西實在是很痛苦啊）。我們只能選口味比較淡的自助餐。如果一兩天沒注意到飲食的均衡，就會選一天去吃火鍋，把蔬菜量補回來。而以前回娘家都會想要大家一起出去吃飯，現在每次回到娘家，我都會苦苦哀求天仙媽要在家裡煮一頓家常菜。吃來吃去，真的還是自己家裡煮的最好吃啊！

雖然還有好多食記／遊記還沒刊登，不過孕婦難得頂著大太陽以及中暑的風險跑出室外參加活動，所以就先讓我插播這一篇吧！
話說，我們都知道7/4是美國國慶日。但應該比較少人知道加拿大的國慶日是7/1。而這天在台灣的加拿大人都會舉辦一場大型活動慶祝。往年好像參加過一兩次。除了有喝不完的啤酒（要付錢的），還有吃不完的美食！少不了的也有音樂，當然，也有加拿大籍的帥哥美女一飽眼福！

We all know that July 4th is the American Independence Day. But a lot of us don't know that July 1st is Canada Day! The Canadian expats in Taiwan held an event celebrating their day this past weekend. I'd been to one of these before. It seemed to be an event filled with food, booze, and music... of course cute boys and girls to look at as well. 
天仙一直覺得跟加拿大的朋友比較投緣。雖然我的學位是在英國取得的，當然對英國愛是無庸置疑的。不過從小時候開始就認識許多加拿大人。就連去英國念書交到的好姊妹也是加拿大籍的。因此幾年前曾經參加過一次他們的慶祝活動。記得當年的活動似乎比較偏向年輕人為主題。不過今年走的卻是全家大小都可以參與的活動了！
I've always seemed to get along quite well with Canadians more. There is no doubt about my love for anything English, but it just so happens that I have more Canadian friends! My best friend in the UK was Canadian! So, years ago, I attended one of these celebrations before. The trend seemed seemed to have changed, though. Whereas previously, it was just an excuse for young people to get drunk, this year, the event was actually designed so that your entire family would have something they'd enjoy doing! 
首先我們到了舞台區欣賞了一段表演，接著就到處晃晃。有些攤位只要完成一些小小的任務就有贈品。其實那些贈品很微不足道，不過值得一提的是天仙最愛的冰淇淋店竟然要來台灣了！（後來才發現天母店原來已經偷跑半年多了！）
We sat down on the grass for a show or two, then walked around. Some of the stalls had some simple games. If you participated, you get a free something. Most of these free somethings are so tiny they aren't really worth mentioning. But the one thing worth mentioning is that Dairy Queen will be in Taiwan! (Or so I thought at the time! Apparently a location had already been opened in Tienmu for more than six months!)
晃了一圈之後發現天啊！每一攤的食物都是我想吃的！雖然孕婦的食量是不可輕忽的，不過吃太撐也不好吧！只能挑個幾樣解解饞囉！
After walking around, I realised that I wanted to try all the food there! Although it is not wise to underestimate the appetite of a pregnant lady, still, it was not a good idea to devour too much food. So we had to be careful with our choices.
這裡充滿了刁嘴的加拿大人，想必隨便點都會有他們家鄉的味道吧！仔細看看掌廚的幾乎真的都是外國人。台灣人在這裡真的只能當助手而已～
The place was full of picky Canadians! We could easily assume that all the food here would taste somewhat authentic. If you look at all the people in charge of the cooking, indeed, all Canadians. 
第一道挑戰的是nachos！雖然這道自己做並不難（dorritos撒上乳酪絲然後放進微波爐加熱）不過一看就知道跟自己隨便亂做的不一樣！裏頭還有加肉的！雖然這樣一份不便宜，不過來都來了，就別想那麼多了！盡情享受吧！
So, in the end, our first choice was nachos. Yeah, I know this can be easily rendered at home, but look! It's got jalapeños and meat! I couldn't possibly render taht at home! Mind you, it was a little pricy, but we're out having fun! So let's not dwell on that.
不過天仙最想吃的還是這道魁北克的名菜 - poutine！原本想說吃完nachos晃一圈再回來，沒想到回來之後竟然大排長龍！嚇死人了！不過這份poutine真的有排隊的價值！真的太好吃了！
The one thing I really wanted to have was the poutine! We thought we'd walk around and digest the nachos a bit before we get our poutine, but when we came back, there was a long line waiting! But oh, it was so worth it! 
乳酪絲夾在剛炸好的薯條以及熱騰騰的gravy中間，兩邊的熱度剛好融化變成會「牽絲」的乳酪絲！好吃極了啊！
The cheese melted from the heat of the freshly fried fries and gravy! It was simply delicious! 
接著，老公說sausage dog都沒人排隊，去買個來吃吃看吧！反正孕婦的胃已經是無底洞了，當然okay！至於芥末為什麼會擠成這樣？那是因為天仙不愛芥末，但老公想要搭芥末。所以就事先交代老公，如果要芥末就只能淋一半～ XD
Once we devoured the poutine, the other half suggested that we might as well get a sausage dog. So we did. I couldn't see the bottom of my tummy anyway! And as for why the mustard looks like that? Well, since we were splitting the sausage dog, and I didn't want any mustard, the other half had to squeeze his mustard on only half the dog! 
光泉在這裡也有擺攤（感覺超不搭的）。無奈孕婦也只能喝這個。只是大概因為是真的很不搭，銷路很不好，所以拿了兩瓶又送了兩瓶。這兩瓶我們決定帶回家去啦！
A soy milk stall was there as well, but judging from the fact that it was more of a 'booze' event, no one was really interested in the soy milk. So after we had already gotten two of these, they gave us another two! So we took these home! 
既然都已經吃了垃圾食物就垃圾到底吧！反正這些東西我懷孕之後就幾乎都沒碰過！放縱一下（孕婦保持開心比較重要啊）！
Since beer was out of the question for me, at least I could have some ROOT beer, right!? I don't have these junk food very often, and since I was in such a jolly mood, let's not kill the fun. 
最後，囂張的老公還是決定要當著酒鬼孕婦面前喝上一瓶啤酒。真是可惡透頂啊！
And finally, the other half had a lot of guts to have his beer right in front of me! 

 
是的！經過了好幾次的撲空，吃到了莫凡彼，也吃到了Ikea... 只差還沒吃到Hooters... （還有幾次根本都懶得紀錄了）這次終於被我們吃到了！
讓我來解說一下為什麼會撲空這麼多次吧！第一次剛好店裡在裝修。在公車上查資料的時候不知道是哪個豬頭輸入的錯誤訊息說這間公休日是禮拜二。等到他裝修完工後，我們周末一有空就會去。歷經好幾次撲空之後，我覺得事情越來越不對勁！因此決定還是查一下網友們寫的食記應該會有比較精準的消息！後來果然發現，這間店公休日根本就不是禮拜二，而是例假日都公休啊！（難怪我們每次都撲空啊！！！）
不過這次我們可是有備而來的！為了確保食記的正確性，我還特地查了食記刊登的日期！（是最近的沒錯！）因此就抱著給他最後一次機會的希望，來到這裡！心裡想：要是今天在撲空，那老娘我以後就都不來了啦！的心態... 到了慶城街，轉角灣過去... 有！開！
實在太感動了！
After a number of visits in vain, we finally made it! 
So let me explain why it had taken us this long to finally make it to the shop (while it's open!). The place was under refurbishment during our first visit. So we went to Movenpick instead. We checked on Google that time, and somehow the data showed that they were closed on Tuesdays. So afterwards, we would come during the weekends... and it was closed EVERY SINGLE TIME!! So I started to realise that there might have been a glitch somewhere. Finally, I started checking recent food blogs posted by random users. Eventually, I found out that there was, indeed, a glitch! The place is closed on all holidays and weekends (not Tuesdays!). No wonder all our previous visits were in vain!
This time, we came prepared. I made sure the blog post I saw was a recent, up-to-date article, before we made our next move. Then, when we arrived, and was about to turn around the corner.... THANK GOODNESS it was open!! 
I cannot tell you how glad I was to finally see the place open and thriving with people!! 
等我們抵達已經有人在開始排隊了。不過因為店裡賣的種類不多，所以效率很快。不用等太久。
The queue had already started forming upon our arrival, but since the shop does not offer much variety, you know that they are capable of being very efficient.
點餐完畢之後，領取餐點處有兩種醬料可以選用。蔥花是他們手工製作的，很值得一試（不過我怕蔥所以就跳過）
After you make your order, you are to go to this window by the side and wait for your meal. Meanwhile, you can help yourself to the sauces. The spring onions are chopped by hand, and is a signature sauce of the place - worth trying. I skipped it only because I've never been a fan of spring onions.
以上是2號餐 - 配菜比較多。
No. 2 meal comes with more veggies on the side.
這是1號餐加上半隻雞腿（加點的）
No. 1 meal, with an additional half-portion leg. 
海南雞飯如果好吃的話，其實根本不用沾醬。但因為沒吃過，所以還是挖了一點到小碟子裡。沒有直接淋上去是因為1. 天仙不愛蔥（不能夠再更強調！）2. 我更愛原味（除非他本身沒味道，那就表示很失敗啦）
The deal with this chicken rice, is that if it's done right, there is absolutely no need for these sauces. But since it was our first visit, we were willing to give things a try. I didn't pour the sauce over the chicken for two reasons. 1. I don't like spring onions (can't emphasize enough!) 2. I love the original taste even more! 
當老公把這一盤盤的雞肉端過來（我先去找座位），我感動到快哭了啊！（孕婦的哭點是很低的）
吃了一口之後，跟老公直呼：這跟我以前在清邁從小吃到大的海南雞飯味道一樣耶！（去年去清邁的文還沒生出來請耐心等候）
When I saw the plates of chicken, I almost cried (mind you, knocked up women are more sentimental!)
After trying a bite! I told the hubby: this tastes just like the chicken place in Chiang Mai!! (speakign of which, the article has yet to be published, please wait patiently)
一口雞肉一口飯，吃下肚後覺得這一切的等待都值得了呀！
連飯都好好吃！根本不用沾醬啊！

The rice was terrific! No need for sauce at all! 
店裡還有湯可以無限量免費取用。
真的不枉費我們撲空這麼多次。期待越來越高，以為會很失望。沒想到他真的沒讓我們失望。
老公說他已經忘記我們在清邁吃的那間的味道，不過因為天仙可是吃了十年，永遠都記得那間的風味。能夠在台北找到一間可以替代的，實在是太好了！
The soup is free of charge (all you can drink).
I had expected the place to be a major let down, after attempting to come so many times. It was good to know that it lived up to its fame! 
The hubby said that he had forgotten what the Chiang Mai chicken tasted like, but I would never forget. After all, I had eaten there so many times during the 10 years I was there! It was a flavor difficult to forget. It's comforting to know that this place can serve as an alternative.

Remember to clean up after yourselves once you're done. It's one way the shop ensures that all its employees are efficiently working on our scrumptious chicken meals!

自從嘗過了小塊／小片的牛肉之後，天仙覺得可以開始挑戰整塊牛排了。這肚子裡的孩子真不愧是他老爸的孩子（證明不是偷生的XD），當我開始吃牛肉後，就讓我常常很想吃牛肉。不過我們小資夫妻可是吃不起太貴的牛排。那種醬料很多蓋住原味的夜市牛排，我又會怕肉質本身不好，吃了對北鼻也沒好處。所以這天想到之前發現的這間CP值超高的平價牛排。為了凸顯這平價牛排的CP質，還特地帶了單眼來拍！
So! After I'd had a small nibble of beef, I decided it was time to upgrade! This time, I was about to challenge an entire chunk of steak! I have the baby really takes after his/her father - I've been craving for beef ever since I'd had a bit of it! However, steaks at posh steakhouses were way beyond our budget. The night market cheaper steaks were covered in so much sauce that you can barely enjoy the original taste of the beef. So, we decided to go half way in between! We remembered this place that we had come across one time that had pretty nice quality beef at a very affordable price. And to really show its quality, I even brought my DSLR! 
這間就位於美麗華旁的平價牛排，是我們第二次造訪。第一次因為根本沒有多大的期望，因此出餐之後讓我們非常的驚艷！這種價格竟然吃的到這種品質的牛排！不過我們本來以為是我們太不挑剔，直到上FB打卡聽到朋友說，他也有聽說這間CP質很高。這才相信不是我們要求太低，是他CP直真的很高！
The place is located right next to Mirarmar. We didn't expect anything upon our first visit, and that is the more reason why we were surprised by the food here. At first we thought perhaps it might be because we weren't picky enough. But then, after sharing the experience on Facebook and discussing it with friends, we realised that it was, indeed, quite a highly recommendable place!
他是一個簡單的棚子。春季或夏季來其實滿舒服的。不過還沒試過炎熱夏天去吃，不知道有沒有空調（有的話也不知道效果好不好）
Just find a simple tent beside the shopping mall. We've never tried eating here in the heat of mid-summer, so I can't be sure if they have AC, or even if they do, whether their AC has the capacity to keep everyone cool. 
菜單很簡單，就這幾樣給你選。看了價錢之後，是不是覺得這個價錢真的很"夜市牛排"！
The menu is quite simple and straight forward. After taking a look at their prices, don't you think whatever you're getting would be a good deal?
還沒點餐，就先送上可樂。我一邊小口小口喝，一邊跟北鼻說：請好好享受！因為這種東西媽咪不會太常喝！（最後我只喝了半瓶，剩下的就給老公了）
They would serve you each a bottle of coke as soon as you sit down. Whilst taking tiny sips, I kept telling the baby to enjoy the moment, as mommy does not intend to drink this too often. In the end, I drank only half the bottle, and gave the rest to the baby's dad. 
點餐後送上麵包。他沒有夜市牛排的那種厚重味道。其實以這種價格算滿好吃的。
After we had ordered, came the bread. It was quite nice. It didn't have the heavy garlicky and over creamy taste of the bread you get at the usual night market steak places. So I rather enjoyed it. 
麵包上了以後換湯上桌。味道雖沒有餐廳等級的濃郁，不過少了一般"夜市牛排"附贈濃湯的那種不太美味的feel... 這碗湯我有喝完喔！
Then came the soup. Please do not expect it to be as creamy as the soup you get at proper steakhouses, but it most certainly does taste better than our usualy night-market steakhouse soup! 
趁這次帶著18-135mm的鏡頭，趕快抓下我們牛排炭烤的過程！這可是手機食記沒辦法拍到的啊（近距離去拍怕會影響他們）
Since I had a proper camera, I took the opportunity to take this photo of the guy handling our steaks. This was a shot that the phone camera would be incapable of taking! (Being too close to them would probably distract them)
