其實午餐已經很晚吃了，可是晚餐不吃又不行。看到滿條街都是窯燒雞，愛吃雞的我實在很難抗拒這樣的誘惑。不過實在不是很餓，若點了一整隻雞，會吃得下嘛！？還好，現在身邊有了個大胃王，可以幫我吃掉我吃不下或是不想吃的。讓我不用在害怕哪天可能會因糟蹋食物而遭天打雷劈～
最先看重的其實不是這一間。說實在的，其實沒吃過還真的不知道該怎麼選。後來因為首選那間人實在太多，也找不到哪裡可以停噗噗，所以就改吃他斜對面的「福哥」。我瞧這裝潢還蠻有意思的，心想應該會還不錯吧！
We had a late lunch, but we weren't planning on skipping dinner. There was a whole street full of grilled chicken restaurants, and as a chicken meat lover, I couldn't resist the temptation! But since I wasn't that hungry, I wondered if we could finish an entire chicken. Thankfully, I now have someone with me to clear up what I can't and don't want to eat! So I won't have to feel guilty about wasting food anymore!
This place wasn't our first choice. It was difficult to choose from all the different places. They all looked the same! Since our first choice was packed, and we couldn't figure out where to park our scooter, we decided to make a u-turn and head for another one across the street.  The place looked rather interesting, so I thought, well, can't be that bad!

還沒到炎熱夏天，其實戶外座位還蠻有feel的～
It wasn't scorching hot yet, so the outdoor seating seemed quite nice.

其實味道果真還不錯。只是無奈我的小肚肚真的不餓，所以裝下兩根棒棒腿就飽了！希望下次可以再專程去一次，挑戰更多部位啊！
I thought it tasted quite nice! But unfortunately my tummy wasn't hungry to begin with. So after devouring two drumsticks, I had to give up. I hope I can come here again, and try and eat more!

既然是生日之旅，當然還是要來點特別的。聽說噶瑪蘭威士忌酒廠就在這附近。但其實我們都不知道怎麼走。沿途看到有「金車」的標示，但那卻只是蘭花園。後來，決定不看地圖，直接憑直覺走。沒想到還真的被我們找到了。
This is, after all, my birthday trip. So something special had to be arranged. I hear that the famous whiskey distillery is not far from here, but we didn't know how to get there. We've seen 'King Car' signs along the way, but it turned out to be the orchid farm. Then, we decided to go with our instincts, and see where the road would take us. Believe it or not, we eventually found the place!
其實不太難找。
Frankly, it wasn't that hard to find. 
這是第一個目的地。
First stop. 
大廳非常的寬闊。看起來也很華麗。
The lobby was very spacious, and it looked quite grand.
首先，請先看一部非常無聊的影片。這是關於金車企業的影片，也會介紹威士忌的製作過程。
First, they'd show you a very boring clip. It's about their corporation, and they'll also tell you about the process of distillery.
很喜歡獨立站在舞台上的鋼琴，以及那花圃作為布景的整個畫面。
I like how the piano stands on its own on the stage, with the beautiful garden as background.
接下來就要來參觀酒廠了。
And now, let's get to the distillery!
這裡有導覽時間，可以事前安排在恰當的時間抵達開始酒廠之旅。

這片土地非常的寬闊。走路要走一段。不過開車或騎車來就不用太擔心。
The whole place is quite massive, but you needn't worry if you're here by car or scooter.
才到酒廠前面，就已經聞到一股濃濃的麥香味。
You can already smell the barley even just by the entrance of the distillery!
這棟是酒堡，是本次的終點站。
This is building is the final destination of the trip.
接著，正式進入到蒸餾廠。
Now, let's head inside the distillery.
展示區有很多圖解說明。
At the display area, you can learn all you can about the process.

首先要學的是威士忌的主原料：大麥芽。
First, let's learn a bit about the main ingredient: malted barley.
這個部分叫做糖化。
The first process is called mashing.
再來才是發酵。
Then comes fermentation.
要先經過這段看起來很噁心的東西才會變出好喝的威士忌。
It has to go through this seemingly disgusting process, before becoming the fantastic drink that it becomes eventually.
再來就是蒸餾啦。
Next, comes distillation.

這對威士忌愛好者來說應該不陌生。
This must seem familiar to all whiskey lovers.
在倉庫裡堆滿了威士忌！

光是望眼放過去，就已經覺得自己很幸福了！如果此時能夠喝一口，那就更棒了！
It was already a treat looking at all those casks! If I could get a sip of that whiskey, it'd be even more wonderful!

緊接著來到酒堡。接下來可是有非常令人興奮的事情要發生了！
Right afterwards, we come to the spirit castle, where something exciting is about to happen!
先找個位子坐好。
Find a place and sit yourself down.
接著，去領一杯試喝的威士忌吧！
Then, go grab yourself a glass of whiskey for tryout! 
雖然在三月還看到聖誕樹實在是很煞風景，不過美酒當前，什麼事也不想去計較了！
Although it was wierd seeing a Christmas tree during March, the whiskey made me let go of these trifling matters!
喝完以後（當然覺得還不夠），可以去門市自己買！
If you haven't had enough, go to the store, and get your own!
大瓶的負擔太重，也可以買小瓶的。
If the large bottles are too expensive, try these tiny bottles.
買個禮盒送人也是挺不錯的。
Or get a gift box for a friend.
  
整趟下來重點當然就是可以試喝。不過試喝的份量實在有點少。這是有點美中不足的。
The key to the entire trip was the free drink. But they were a bit stingy, weren't they? If they had given a bit more, the trip would've been even more perfect!

自從在101的35樓星巴克邊喝咖啡邊觀賞台北景色後，就一直想找天晚上來看看夜景。再發現這間叫做『35階』的日本料理價格還算合理後，就決定擇日來一試。
After having seen the day view from the 35th floor of 101, I knew that I had to come back and see the night view. When I realised that this Japanese place offered quite reasonable priced meals, I decided to pick an evening to dine here.
想要享受到這種美麗夜景的視覺觀感，你會需要知道到底要怎麼上去到35樓。
In order to enjoy this wonderful night view, you must know how to get to the 35th floor... 
你可不能就隨便進去隨意搭電梯。人家可是有管制的。大門口的警衛會告訴你要去哪裡找這個機器。找到後遵循電腦指示找到你想拜訪的店家，機器就會發卡（放心絕不會是好人卡）給你了。
Do undertand that one does not simply walk into the building and take the lift to the 35th floor. The guard at the entrance will tell you where to get your pass. Follow the instructions and the machine will give you your pass.
卡片示出後才能進入，再搭乘電梯直達35F。
Use the pass to get access to the lift to the 35 floor.
晚上生意會比較少。
The place is less busy in the evening.
據說晚上中央空調就不會開了。不算悶，但怕熱的朋友可以等冬天再來。
The central air is shut after working hours. It wasn't that stuffy, but if you can't stand the heat, you can come during winter. 
點餐過後先上來的是清酒。
After we ordered, our sake arrived first.
我們都點了定食。看起來很豐盛。確實也不錯吃。
We both ordered set meals. Look at the sumptious plate!

原本以為是豆腐的東西，原來是茶碗蒸。這一味還不錯。
What was thought as tofu, was actually steamed egg (chawanmushi). It was quite good.
另外一個亮點，就是這個陰陽造型的甜點～
The other feature of the set, was the yin-yang dessert. 
不過食物的風采，真的都被夜景給蓋過去了！
But no matter how the food was, the night scene was even more attention-catching!

晚上的住宿安頓好之後，我們就要來開始趴趴走了。不過有個問題！我們還沒吃飯啊！所以就騎著租來的車車，到處亂晃找個地方解決午餐。後來我們找到了這間鵝肉，看起來還不錯！就決定一試。
After settling in our logdge for the night, it was time for adventure. But there was one problem - we had not had lunch yet! So we rode around on our rented scooter, and searched for food... We came across this goose place. Seemed quite okay. So we decided to give it a try.
這間特別在於老闆娘們都在櫃台後。是屬於自助式的。別傻傻坐在桌子邊等著人家送菜喔。
The special thing about the place was that it was half self-service. Remember to take your plate of food, instead of waiting by the table.
有很多東西想試試，不過我們的肚肚只能裝下一部分而已啦。
We wanted to try a lot of things. But our tummies only had space for a few dishes.
鯊魚煙 - 幾乎已經是鵝肉的必點配菜了
Smoked shark - goes quite well with goose meat.
滷筍子 - 這餐的蔬菜（勉強）
Braised bamboo shoots - the veggies of the meal... 
章魚 - 太強眼了所以忍不住點來吃
Octopus tentacles - it was very eye-catching... coudn't help ordering a plate.

再來就是重點：鵝肉！看看這鵝肉，皮怎麼那麼肥呀！其實還不錯吃。
Here comes the key dish! Look at this plate of fatty goose meat. Althought I found it a bit too fat, it was still quite delicious.

因為今年生日剛好是在禮拜三。不想用掉太多假（因為才年初啊）就不能去太遠的地方。原本想住的，後來覺得太遠，交通太費力，因此日子接近時又趕緊另外找一間。搜尋搜尋著，就找到這間才剛開幕沒多久的。看起來挺不錯！有我嚮往的度假感覺。因此一個月前就信信滿滿的把房間訂下來。後來直到出發前，看到別的部落客分享的圖文，才證實我的決定沒有錯。其實大家去民宿住久了會發現，官網的圖片有時候騙很大。這也不能怪它們啦，畢竟網站本來就是要吸引大家去住上一兩晚的嘛。不過對這間會這麼有自信，是因為他才剛開幕沒多久，設施一定都是新的。看了格友客觀的分享，就更證實與網站上的照片沒有差太多。
My birthday this year happened to fall on a Wednesday. Without wanting to use up all my days off, I decided to go somewhere not as far. I started looking for a place to spend the night away from Taipei at the beginning of the year. Then I realised that place was a bit too far from anywhere. So I started looking for an alternative, and came across this place. It looked really nice! I booked the room a month in advance, quite confident that my choice was right. Then a week before the actual trip, I saw another blogger's review of the place, and confirmed that I had made a right decision in coming here. You know how pictures on official websites can be deceiving... So it was a lot more practical to see another blogger's review. I had so much confidence with the decision because the place was quite new. At least the facilities would be pretty new! And reading the review basically reassured me.

說實在的，他其實不難找。因為附近剛好有個國小。只是這裡的建築物實在太少。多繞了兩圈才找到。
The place isn't that hard to find. There happens to be a school nearby. Except, there weren't many signs around, so we still ended up going round a couple of times before finally arriving...
波卡拉的兩旁都是這樣的稻田。
The place was surrounded by rice paddies.
雖然住在設施完善的度假會館中，但也不失田園的感覺。
Although the resort was quite well equipped, there is still that pastoral feeling.
會館的大廳。很開心生日剛好落在淡季。請個假過來玩，剛好避開周末或是旺季的人潮。
The lobby/lounge. It was low season, so I didn't have to worry about having to avoid crowds (there were no crowds)
黑底大花朵的布料似乎是它們的招牌。

擺了一台骨董鋼琴。很想去彈彈看，可是怕我才學沒多久的爛琴聲會吵到大家。
Standing at the corner of the lounge is a piano. I wanted to try and play, but I just started learning, and I didn't feel like embarrassing myself.
感覺很棒的用餐區。一看到這裡我就開始期待隔天的早餐了！
The dining area looked really relaxing. I couldn't wait to have breakfast here the next morning!
如果在房間太無聊，可以坐在這裡聊聊天，看看書。
If you feel bored in your room, you might as well come out here and chat, or read a book.
雖然當天晚上據說是只有我們一組客人，看到小木屋後我開始懷疑為什麼整個會館都沒人我們卻要選住小木屋呢？
Apparently, we were the only ones staying there that night. When I saw the cabin, I thought, I had the choice of the entire resort to choose from, why in the world did I choose the smallest sized room?
但是當我看到小木屋內部後，這個疑慮就整個消失了！今天我們被分配到幸福島。
Bu then, as I saw the inside, I was again reassured that I had made the right choice!
一開門就能聞到淡淡的花香。就是這一瓶的功勞！

是不是很有feel啊！

窗簾是遮光的，隔天早上陽光根本進不來。

提供的沐浴用品都是高級貨唷！（另一個吸引我訂房的點）
This was another aspect that attracted me: they provided L'Occitane toiletries.
因為小木屋坪數有限，但是想要泡澡還是可以唷！
Though small, they still found a way so you could enjoy a bath if you wanted to.
毛巾當然也有提供。
Of course, towels are also provided.
這是必備的。

這是我們的幸福小島！The name of our cabin was called "Content Island"!
在適當的時間，例如下午或是清晨，他們會放輕音樂。
In the afternoon, they'll play soft music to help you relax yourself.
如果天氣不錯，根本就不用去其他景點了！在這裡就可以混上一整個下午了！
What a lovely place to spend the entire afternoon! That is, if the weather is nice!
不過畢竟來都來了。還是出去晃晃吧！剛好工作人員他們正在喝南瓜牛奶。就到了兩杯招待我們喝喝看。對南瓜興趣沒有很大的我，卻是覺得這杯充滿了這間民宿的熱情與親切！非常好喝喔！
We could've just stayed there, but seeing it wasn't raining, we decided to go exploring anyway. The hosts here were having some pumpkin milk. They happily offered us some. I've never been a big fan of pumpkins, but I thought the drink was filled with their hospitality and kindness! 
這間每個角落都很適合拍照啊！
Every corner of the place was suitable for a shot! 
雖然很想直接在這裡混到隔天check-out，不過還是想趁著下午沒下雨趕快出去閒晃一下吧。
But let's go explore the city before it starts pouring... 
夜歸後，看到的又是不一樣的波卡拉了！不過因為它們趁著淡季，還想要做一些裝潢上的加強，所以我就沒有逗留多拍幾張了。
After we returned at night, we saw a completely different Pokara in the dark. But since they were making some reinforcements during this low season, I didn't linger very long for more photos. 
早上起來聽到雨聲，原本想：大事不妙！不過當我卡開門後，看見雨中的波卡拉，我又覺得這裡實在浪漫到一個很變態的地步！為什麼明明下著雨，我還是很陶醉！？
The next morning, I thought the rain was going to completely ruin my day. But then when I opened the door and saw Pokara in the rain, I realised that this place was even more romantic in the rain! 
跟前一天陰天的照片比起來，雨中的波卡拉，似乎色彩更飽和。
Look at how the colors stand out, compared to the ones I took yesterday!
  
Check-in的時候，我本來是跟他們說，如果只有我們一組客人，早餐不用準備太豐盛。但他們說就算只有我們一組，也是要用心做！這就是他們的用心早餐！
When we checked in, I told them they didn't have to prepare an entire breakfast if we were the only ones there. But they insisted that they had to do their best, no matter now many guests were staying. This was their breakfast!
配著的是地瓜稀飯。 Sweet potato porridge to go with the other dishes. Very Taiwanese style.
早餐很重要！一定要吃喔！London bear reminds you: breakfast is very important!
因為遇到下雨，就更捨不得離開了（其實是不想淋雨）。
Because of the rain, we stayed in our room even longer than anticipated. 
不過時間到了還是得退房啦。
But in the end, we still had to check out.
我們把背包寄放在這裡，又閒晃了好一陣子才回來拿行李準備回台北。
We left our backpacks there, and went off exploring some more before coming back to get our stuff to go back home.
離開前，他們準備了伴手禮相送。
Before we left, they gave usu a bag of some local goodies.
  
雖然只住了一個晚上，但確實又是一個令人難忘的生日！
Although I stayed for just one night, it was yet another unforgettable birthday!

誰來告訴我，這個醜醜的拱門是怎麼回事？
話說，台灣的夜市文化實在是世界出名的。不只是當地人愛逛，在外遊學或打拼的遊子們最懷念的也是這裡的味道。就連來訪台灣的外賓，也是一定要來逛個夜市才算來到台灣。不枉費天仙曾天仙曾在夜市附近住了好幾年，這回就來介紹一下樂華夜市的經典美味。讓大家下次有空來到樂華來的時候，不必再傷腦筋要吃什麼。因為攤位的淘汰，除了經營方式重要，最重要的還是因為缺乏了什麼味道。因此，就讓我們來瞧瞧，自十年前開始至今生意始終強強滾的攤位們！這些，你不吃，真的會後悔唷！
從永和路的入口進入沒多久就會看到這間老店。他的招牌當然也是台灣夜市的名菜：蚵仔煎。話說，十年前他就已經是「四十年老店」了。沒想到十年後還是。不知道他已經度過幾年的四十年老店了，噗！
這次除了他的招牌，我們還點了其他的。這個是芋頭粿。
裡面有實體的芋頭。不過對於不愛芋頭的天仙，還是招牌蚵仔煎比較吸引我。
記得大學時代剛搬來這裡的時候，一份才四十。一路吃下來，也漸漸的一路漲到六十了！
不過再怎麼吃，還是覺得這間的最對味。
倫敦熊也大推唷！
除了吃的還有很多其他的可以逛。周末人一定超多的！
像這種新鮮攤位，住這住久了，都會知道其實他不會活太久。（不是唱哀啦，如果能永續經營我也很開心啊！）
接下來要介紹的這個攤位就厲害了！
這間米腸包香腸，可是天仙媽跟天仙姊常常指定要吃的！對其他間的，興趣缺缺。唯獨對這間的味道是情有獨鍾。
這一攤的位置已經要到中山路了。也就是說已經是夜市的底端了。不過仔細觀察，你會發現，其他間的真的都沒人在排隊。所以肚子真的很餓需要補血糖的話，就先別考慮來這間吧！因為有時候真的需要等喔！但是等的很值得！
樂華No.1，真的一點也不誇張。
雖然有點小貴，不過真的好吃！（小聲說）不吃豬肉的我都偷吃了一口（不過沒咬到香腸）。主要好吃的重點就是在他的酸菜夠酸！
接下來這間也是個傳奇。
當我們開始發現他的時候，就已經是這種每天都大排長龍的情況了。不過我們是只有買過一次。覺得口味還是有改良成台灣人比較適應的口味。因此雖然大受歡迎，不過我們卻很少光顧。
剛開始的時候，他們也只是個普通的小攤位。沒想到現在都快變成一間店面了。
上面這張照片很巧妙的，讓天仙可以一次介紹兩間。前面這間賣焿的，每天也都很多人。不過這位天仙也不愛，所以沒吃過（哈）。但每天看這些人潮，我相信他是真的很好吃啦！
而後面那間，也是樂華的傳奇。他從一個小小沒冷氣，沒電扇的開放空間，賣咖啡賣到現在竟然有冷氣！冬天的時候也不用怕冷！因為他們有秘密武器。以前小義大利是天仙常光顧的地方。不過我倒很少喝他們的咖啡。說起來感覺有點可惜。因為他們的咖啡絕對是品質保證的。可是他們下午開到凌晨，天仙下午以後喝咖啡的話，晚上會睡不著啦。
再來，就是又回到永和路這邊了。你在這裡會看到很多間鹹酥雞並排，但是肥豬的攤總是大排長龍。
吃起來就是跟其他店比起來味道豐富許多。
咦？這攤賣的毛豆怎麼長得像貓咪！
（又小聲說）雖然天仙愛貓，不過把貓跟賣的食物買在一起，感覺還是怪怪的吧！
今天介紹的最後一攤，是這攤很多地方都看的到的木橱滷味。
 
不過奇怪的是，一樣都是木橱，為什麼這攤的就是比較入味呢？
同場加映麻油雞跟燈籠滷味。前者不算難吃，只是天仙太愛自己做的麻油雞了，所以除非是自己懶得下廚才會來光顧。後者不用說，就是很貴。但是，你知道的，就是也還不算難吃啦。
 
等大家都吃飽喝足，準備搭捷運回家時，別忘了先到轉角的金飾店看看這隻名叫多多的店貓。可惜，我們經過的那天，並沒有見著他的身影。

離開了演武場後，決定來到彩虹村。要說是天仙的個性還是命運好呢？我的個性就是不會刻意追流行（有時還會故意避開流行）所以偶爾想追流行的時候反而追不到。該去彩虹村拍的格友們應該都已經去過了吧！這篇其實也不稀奇了。不過既然來了，還是寫個文章，加深自己這次造訪的印象吧！
After our last destination, we decided to visit Rainbow Village. I know this is no place new, expecially for people who are into photography. I don't know if it's fate or just my character, I was never meant to follow the latest trend. This was my first trip to rainbow village! So although it's nothing new to most of you, I've decided to blog this entry anyway!

時間回到過年期間，情人節那天。其實我們四個女人也並不是只有整天喝酒。那天天氣真的很不錯，若不出去曬曬太陽，實在很對不起這種藍天。不過四個都在台中混過好幾年的人，要找個新鮮的地點實在很難。原本把近期熱門景點「宮原眼科」包含在行程裡，不料好像只有我一個沒去過（真是台北俗）。後來想到離家不遠處最近開放了一個新的地方，據說很適合拍照。我想連我自己都沒去過，應該對大家也一樣新鮮吧。唯一怕的就是過年期間人會太多。一去發現，台中景點還真是佔了坪數夠大的優勢，人很多但也還不算太壅擠。這棟歷史建築也成了我們當天的亂晃行程之一了。
臺中刑務所演武場，據維基百科，是台中市唯一僅存的日治時代武道館建築物。它建於1937年，經歷過火災及後續修復。今天大家能夠看到這棟具有歷史性的建築，還真的是一種福氣。無論是來拍拍照，或是來閒晃，其實都是很不錯的。
Turning back time to the Chinese New Year's break, on the day of Valentine's Day... 
The four of us did not just sit around drinking beer all day. Seeing the glorious weather, it was such a waste to not go out and enjoy the sun. But Taichung was a city that was familiar to all four of us, having lived many years in this city. It was difficult to find a new and interesting place to suit all of our needs. I did try and fit in the trendy "Miyahara" ice cream parlor into our itinerary, but it turned out I was the only one that had not been! In the end, I remembered that there was a new site near my parents', and it would be the perfect place to hang out for a while. The only thing I was worried about, was the fact that the holiday crowd might ruin our fun. Fortunately, Taichung's advantage of having so much space proved that I had nothing to worry about.
These buildings were built in 1937, during the Japanese colonial period. It originally served as a Training Hall for Penitentiary Guards. After having gone through a destructive fire and reconstruction, we finally got to see what see today. We are very fortunate to have this historical building still standing and serving as a cultural hub. It's a great place for photo shoot (casual or whatever), or even just to wander around.

其實這包鮮包甜不是我以天仙的人格（咦？）再掛保證，是店家自己的口號。不過相信你來吃過也會覺得味道有別於其他火鍋店。這間號稱蔬果食材是從自己的有機農場種植的火鍋店，印象中再搬來216巷之前，他是在位在頂好商圈正對面（現在變成芭比主題餐廳了）。當時因為是一拖拉庫的人馬請我一個人吃飯，所以價格我不清楚（只知道很貴...），當然也不方便拍照。所以當天用餐的經驗只存活在我腦海裡的印象中了。
這次朋友上網找到這間。原本給我連結時我還沒太注意。後來回頭把他給的食記連結打開來看到店名才驚覺：啊這不就是我只吃過一次但覺得雖然很貴但很好吃的齊民嗎？
然後就想：不是很貴嗎？奇怪了我朋友是中獎喔？怎麼會找到這間。後來仔細一瞧才發現原來現在他改方式經營，讓更多像我們這種領死薪水的小資也吃得起這種健康新鮮的美味了！
店內設計有點想要讓你感覺身在市集中。所以到處都有這種蔬果擺設。
不過感覺好像是真的有市集唷！（當天沒注意只顧拍照跟吃東西）
這樣的擺設也有點像魚販吧！
用餐區大概就長這樣，也有四～六人座的位子。
其他裝設都走復古風。
收先登場的是一盤新鮮的有機蔬菜。
感覺很新鮮的肉片。
這是單點的丸子與豬血糕。
這是DIY鮮蝦丸，跟你說，真的超鮮美的！！
我的海鮮盤。
無論是蔬菜或是鮮蝦丸還是海鮮，全部都超新鮮！
所以除了提供食物未煮熟的生鮮照片，我破天荒地把煮熟了的也拍了一下。
連在寫文的同時我嘴裡都還感覺得出來當時這些魚肉的鮮甜滋味！
新鮮的食材造就一餐美味的火鍋！
店家還有一項貼心的設計：置物櫃！
讓你的包包啦，衣服啦，放在裡面比較不會有重重的火鍋味（但多少還是會有吧）。
 
個人覺得齊民改用這種方式經營應該會平穩許多吧。
吃完了，我真的還會想再去吃！

情人節那天四個女人一同在台中市亂晃之後，到了傍晚肚子還是餓了。原本大家試圖在自己手機上找找附近有哪些好吃的，結果沒想到一去，竟撲了個空！
與其說撲了個空，倒不如說被人家趕出門吧！店家就直接了當地跟我們說今天沒位子。所以就只好摸摸鼻子又走出來。
After wandering around Taichung city for the day, it was time to fill up our tummies. We tried looking for a decent place around where we were, but it turned out a wild goose chase.
Well, actually, I don't know what kind of a place that place was, to tell customers walking into their store (that was almost empty) that they could not serve us. Anyway... we walked straight out...

後來看了地圖發現其實Gordon Biersch離我們當時的所在地也不算遠。乾脆就去那看看吧！（反正有啤酒）之前也有吃過他的食物，算不錯低！
其他人都沒意見，就決定一起去那瞧瞧。
Then, I realized that Gordon Biersch was not far from where we were. So we decided to give it a try. (Since I've tried the food, and knew that it was quite satisfactory.)
None of the others had any objections to that idea, so off we went.
當天剛好是情人節，原本怕會沒位子。看來我忘了這是台中。
Remember, it was Valentine's Day. I was a bit worried that there might not be seats. But I forget... this is Taichung....
原本有想要點個情人節套餐四個人來分，不過後來想想分量好像還是會太多。就改用單點的方式。
There was a Valentine's Day set menu. We did consider taking that, but then realised it was way too much for us. So à la carte it was! 
一般般的麵包，不難吃但也沒有好吃到哪裡去。
The bread was fine. Nothing special, but not too bad, either.
GB六小福 Beer Sampler
但其實餐點再怎麼好吃，最吸引人的還是這六杯不同種類的啤酒。其實正確來說，這個應該是第一輪點的。無論你是要自己喝，還是大家一起品嘗，都行。然後等到第二輪再各自挑己喜歡的口味點個一大杯來喝個過癮～
But of course, the biggest attraction was GB's beer sample, where they bring you six glasses of their six different beers. What you should do is order this as your first round. You can have this on your own, or share it amongst you (if you guys are really close). Then choose your favourite among those and have that as your next round of drink!
墨西哥雞肉酥餅 Chicken quesadillas 
不過我們是來吃晚餐的，當然除了酒還是要有食物啦！這個雞肉酥餅非常好吃喔！大推！
Do remember that we were here for dinner! Of course there was food! The quesadilla was amazing! Highly recommend this!
鮮蝦塔可 Cajun Shrimp Tacos
其實這個味道很不錯！只是如果你是甜蜜兩人約會（然後又還不熟又要顧形象的話）非常不建議點這個！後面還有黑豆飯，很特別（可惜黑豆飯的特寫我拍糊了）
Tacos tasted great! Except I would suggest that you skip this if you're on a date (especially first few dates) There was also some black bean with rice, unfortunately I ruined the picture... So you can only see it a bit blurred off the corner there.
Margarita Pizza 瑪格莉特比薩
最簡單的味道其實都是最美味的！瑪格莉特比薩的配料應該算是比薩種類裡面最簡單的幾種之一了吧。但這種簡單的美味卻又是最難掌控的！還好這家的味道還okay！可以接受！
This is probably one of the simplest tastes of all deliciousness! Magarita pizzas have the simplest ingredients to them, yet they are not as easy to make as you may think. This one, althouth pretty good, only made it to a 'satisfactory' level. 
 
然後四個女人就在這美食的饗宴中結束了今年情人節的這一天～
And then, the four of us ended our 2013 Valentine's day with a table of food and six glasses of beer.
