五月中結婚宴客&登記完後,回到了台中娘家住了一兩晚。其實主要是因為想要抽空陪陪遠從英國來參加喜宴的朋友。前一天我們帶了他去日月潭,沒想到天公不作美,我們還沒抵達就下起了大雨。天氣預報說那幾天下午都會下雨。我們還在想隔天可以帶友人去哪裡玩,結果友人自己提議說他想獨自去谷關玩。於是這天我們就空下來了。因為宴客前就知道懷孕,然後因為不知道宴客會用掉多少預算(會虧會打平還是會有剩),如果有剩,我們又希望留起來以後給北鼻買尿布奶粉,所以幾天的婚假就沒有安排出國了!(好在去年底就有出國一趟,也算是有度過蜜月了啦)
After our wedding reception and registration, we came back to Taichung to stay a couple of days. The main reason was actually to spend some time with a friend who came to our reception all the way from the UK. We took him to Sun Moon Lake the first day, but then even before we arrived, it started pouring! The weather forecast said that there would be showers in the afternoons during those few days. We were still thinking about where we could take our friend the next day, when he insisted on making an adventure on his own. That's how we got this entire day to ourselves. Speaking of these few days, we did have like a week off. But since we knew before that I was pregnant, and we weren't sure how much budget we were going to have after the reception... and that if we had some extra left, we'd like to save it for the baby... so we didn't bother booking anything abroad. (Good thing we went to Thailand the year before! I guess that could count as a honeymoon!)
然而因為前一天不過是去個日月潭就讓我累翻了!所以今天即使可以度過兩人世界,也不想走太遠。於是就來到新世代購物中心,吃個午餐,看個電影,也算是悠哉地度過了一天。我跟老公說,這天想要吃點好料。畢竟已經省下蜜月錢,吃一頓大餐應該不為過吧!看了半天,決定吃吃看這個大大茶樓!
The day trip to Sun Moon Lake tired me out already, so I suggested that we take it easy the next day. We drove to Mode Mall, intended to have lunch and see a movie after. Since we were saving up a lot on not going abroad for our honeymoon, I suggested that we have a feast instead of a normal lunch. That was when we decided to have some dim sum here at Dada Tea. 
因為是周間,所以人非常少!不過占地卻是非常大!很寬闊!
It was a weekday, so there weren't many people there. The place was quite huge! Very spacious! 
餐具附上兩雙筷子,一雙是公筷。不過就我們小倆口吃,哪需要什麼公筷啊。
There were two sets of chopsticks - one to grab the food from the plate, and one for eating... A bit redundant for a meal with just the two of us. 
研究了一下菜單,決定點了些很久沒吃的東西~
We studied the menu for a while before deciding to have some of the dishes that I had not had in a while. 
炒三蘇 - 一般般
Fried veggies (apparently a kind of fern) - nothing special
醉雞 - 有點入味,但還是不夠驚艷!
Drunken chicken - you could taste the shaoxing wine, but still, nothing special! 
忘了是什麼!看了半天覺得這好像不是我們點的。跟服務人員確認才知道他們真的拿錯了(拿錯了不能就招待嗎?XD)
I can't remember the name of this, but it didn't look like anything we had ordered. After confirming with the waitress, it was indeed a wrong oder. (say, couldn't we have it anyway?)
鮮蝦蒸餃 - 還不錯!
Steamed shrimp dumplings - not bad at all. 
珍珠丸子 
Pearl meatballs
吃慣了小時候媽媽親手做的,外面的再好吃都還是吃不慣。不過這間算是還不錯的了!
I was so used to the ones my mum used to make, which was difficult to beat! But I'd say this was not bad! 
腸粉 - 味道還不差,雖然賣像沒有很好看... 
Cheong fun - it didn't look that good, but the taste was quite fine.

這天我大概把一個月的蝦子量都吃足了吧!雖然已經很克制地吃了,不過吃到飲茶不吃蝦還真的挺難的!
I think I used up a month's worth of shrimp! I had tried to avoid shellfish in my prenatal diet, but it was hard to avoid when you come to have dim sum! 
雖然點的不多,不過此時食慾才要剛開始恢復,所以也算是吃得很飽的了。價錢上看起來也沒有很過分的誇張(不然其實我們原本是有想要去吃上閤屋的!但考慮吃上閤屋就得要吃更多海鮮...才決定改吃這個的)
We didn't have that much food, the price came out quite reasonable. We did think about having seafood buffet upstairs in the mall, but I knew that there would much much more shellfish in the meal!

  • 【手機食記】南港 - 絕對名符其實的「正宗泰國菜」

其實剛來到台北工作不久,我就發現在南崗路上有個不起眼的鐵皮屋,上面標榜著「正宗泰國菜」。我光是瞧那店面,就覺得這種小規模餐廳,一定是泰國人開的,就連主要客群一定是泰國人!不過因為一直抱持著又期待又害怕受傷害的心理,所以總是沒有鼓起勇氣去嘗試。有一天,老公提議說:就是今天了吧!去嘗嘗那間正宗泰國菜!於是就來了!
I found a Thai place on Nangang Road shortly after I started my life in Taipei. It was in a shack at the time, and written on the sign were the words: 正宗泰國菜 (Authentic Thai foood). Seeing from its small scale, I knew that it must be run by Thais, and they probably served Thai people in the neighbourhood. But I never gathered enough courage to give it a try, until my other half and I decided to finally give it a go! 
記得有一段時間發現鐵皮屋不見了!後來發現原來不是從此無緣,而是他們換了地方!這全新的地點不是違建了。
I remember seeing the original shack being demolished. I was a little worried then, but soon realised that they had moved into a proper building. 
菜單很簡單。不過如果你願意接受挑戰,也可以詢問老闆娘是否可以做出你懷念的泰國菜色。
The menu was quite simple. If you feel like challenging them, you can also order things that are not on the menu. 
冷氣房中掛有泰皇跟泰后的照片。
There were pictures of the King and Queen of Thailand hanging on the wall in the AC room.
還有卡拉ok機!
There was also a karaoke machine. 
看到歌本就很確定,這周圍的泰國人一定常來這裡鬼混!
As we found this song book, we were certain that the place was, indeed, frequented by Thai people. 
打拋豬肉 Khrapao Moo (Pork) กะเพราหมู 
第一次來還是不要太冒險。點個打拋來吃吃。
雖然放了洋蔥,不過量不多。有提味的功效,沒有充量的嫌疑。所以光是這個賣像,還尚可接受。不過吃了一口,覺得還真是好吃耶!!吃到道地的口感,真的是感動到說不出話來了!
Since it was our first visit, after all, we didn't want to go out too far from our comfort zone, so we ordered a khrapao to test them out. 
Yes, there was onion in it, but only a small amount to add to the flavour. It looked pretty nice, and after a bite, I was about to burst into tears! It was really authentic!! 
粿條(細) kuay teaw (thin)  ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเส้นเล็ก
接著上場的是粿條。
在之前的清邁文出現過在飯店吃過的粿條。不記得的話可以點我。

  • 【孕事】W34 準備做好月子之好婆婆專業月子餐

*The following article is about my plans for postpartum care. In Chinese tradition, the entire month after giving birth to a child is crutial for the mother to recover from labour. Therefore, many businesses have developed to help mothers take extra care of themselves during this period. The first part of this article introduces a caterer that helps delivers special meals for the mother during this period. Since the target readers are people in Taiwan, the entire article will be in Chinese (Traditional) only. But should you have any questions, feel free to leave a message in the comment section. 
懷孕的初期跟中期常常就有人對我說:很辛苦吼!其實我不覺得辛苦耶~ 直到最近啦!進入到後期之後才知道大家所謂的「辛苦」為何。走路走不動,坐久了屁股麻,躺著仰躺側躺都不是... 想吃多一點卻又老是覺得脹脹的很難消化。站久坐久腳都好容易水腫。還好只有後期會這樣。而且這個時候整屬寶寶最愛動的時候。肚子變得更大,北鼻又在一直動,心情起伏就變得好像也不是自己能夠輕易控制了。準媽咪辛苦,準把鼻也跟著每天被掃颱風尾。只能說,到了後期是真的有辛苦啦!
不過離預產期越來越近,有些事情就不得不開始著手處理了。聽聞預產期的前後一兩周出生都算是正常。而除非是剖腹,否則沒有人能夠預料北鼻什麼時候會突然的到來。這個時候除了北鼻的用品以及生產包、月子包都要開始著手處理之外,就連月子餐跟月子中心也都是要開始洽談囉!
女生除了生理期後的調養很重要之外,生產完之後當然也是很重要的調養時期。雖然很多傳統都是沒有醫學依據的流傳下來,但有些古人的做法並非毫無意義。天仙覺得像這種事情只要自己去分析看看有沒有他自己的道理在,只要有道理的,天仙都會聽。想一想,有個北鼻要從你身體裡面跑出來,那是要花費多大的力氣啊!直到最近肚子真的越來越大,也變得越來越緊張。北鼻生出來以後,媽媽的體內也有很多東西要(惡露)一一排出來。體力要漸漸地恢復,又要開始照顧一個剛開始還很脆弱的小生命。即使娘家婆家都有人可以全天候照顧,其實也是會把大家累壞的。而且你想一想啊,北鼻出生以後,大家(就連你自己)都會把注意力全部集中在北鼻身上。很容易就把剛生完孩子的媽媽給忽略了!所以一定要在生產前跟家人討論好生產後坐月子的方式。無論討論出的結果是什麼,總是母子都要兼顧到就對了!
因為婆婆跟天仙媽平時都是需要上班的。所以一開始天仙就知道月子餐是一定要訂!千萬別以為自己喜歡下廚就打算自己包辦。因為月子期間,嚴格的人會叫你根本不能出門。就算是不嚴格,能出門,你做個月子還要每天出門去菜市場買菜嗎?光是每天想菜單就想破頭了吧!別高估自己,也別累壞了家人。要嘛就是去月子中心,不然就是訂月子餐。據說是還可以請阿姨來家裡幫忙坐月子的。無論怎麼選擇,我覺得這三種真的至少得選一種。免得剛生完自己累翻了,也把全家人一起給拖下水了。北鼻身邊的人要有精力,北鼻自己才能夠得到最好的照顧囉。
天仙與家人討論過後,最終決定了折中的辦法:在月子中心住十天,其餘時間回家做。所以月子中心跟月子餐,天仙剛好都可以分享。不過這次就先分享月子餐的部分囉!
既然決定要訂月子餐,又如何挑選呢?天仙這麼挑食的人,很怕訂到自己不愛吃的月子餐啊!好在去年天仙的姊姊生產完後的第一天,天仙剛好在婦產科陪她,有嘗到她訂的月子餐,覺得還不錯!剛好當天拿了相機準備幫小外甥女拍幾張照片,月子餐送來也就順便拍了下來!本來以為這些照片要被遺忘了,沒想到事隔一年後還真的用得上了!

除非送餐地點是在服務範圍之外,須用宅配方式,否則一律都還會包含水果喔!
當時姊姊才剛生產完,婆家娘家又都各自燉了一堆補品給她補身,根本吃不了那麼多。所以我也有口福淺嘗幾口!真的還不錯吃!所以輪到自己要訂餐的時候也根本就不用在找了,就是這間了!
趁中秋連假有回中部,就順便約了專員簽約。因為連假的關係,專員需留守店裡,原本是要請專員來家裡的,後來則是改成我們去店裡找她。簽約時,專員一一介紹餐點部分,以及再次確認有哪些是不吃的。天仙媽剛好有陪天仙去,所以除了平時天仙會挑嘴的食物之外,也要求加工類食品(例如:培根、火腿)都不要。
另外值得一提的是,無論是自然產或剖腹產,都要記得跟專員交代清楚。因為有些食材在復原的前幾天會有所不同。
所有的事情都交代完畢後,就是贈品確認時間了!
藥浴包、豐沛茶(補充奶水)、養甘茶還有一包面膜。
沐浴乳、洗髮精等... 
尿布~ (雖然不是我們打算用的牌子)
很貼心的送的是S的。應該是怕大家都送NB的到時候會太多根本用不完。北鼻的成長速度很快的!
另外這些是上網登錄的贈品。
天仙覺得新生兒的衣物真的不要準備太多。因為成長速度快,很多衣物可能都穿沒幾次就要淘汰了。因此有免錢的當然就不想錯過!(把預算省下來,以後大一點再幫她買漂漂衣~~)

這豐盛的一餐其實是為了歡送一位來台進修的印度友人。她即將離台前進新加坡繼續進修。我們會認識是經由一位大學老師的牽線。我們很高興能夠成為她台灣回憶的一部分。其實這天份量有點多!不過畢竟是個歡送會,當然要彭湃一點!這樣人家才會記得我們嘛!
This was a meal fit for royalty!! It was actually a farewell feast for an Indian friend of ours who had come to Taiwan to study Mandarin, and she was getting ready to embark on a new journey - to Singapore for her PhD. An old professor from uni introduced us, and we were more than happy to become part of her memory of Taiwan. There was a lot of food!! But it was, afterall, a farewell party. So we did want to make it quite unforgettable! 
餐廳是B兄找的。B兄總是知道一些我們連聽都沒聽過的好地方。只要是他推薦的,基本上我們都不疑有他呢!
Our friend, B recommended the place. He would always come up with places we'd never been to before! The recommendations had always been great! So we had no doubt that this was going to be a wonderful meal! 
小菜 Appetizers
這天因為我比較早到。而大家都因為臨時遇到一些事情所以必須晚點才到。肚子裡的北鼻開始叫餓,我只好很不客氣地先從小菜下手了。
等人都到齊後,餐廳既然是B兄推薦的,餐點當然也都是由他點囉!
I arrived early (on time), but everyone else seemed to be caught up with something. As the baby in me started to feel hungy, I had no choice but to start nibbling these appetizers. 
Once everyone had arrived, we left the job of ordering to B, since he made the recommendation, he must know what to order!
松子燻雞 Pine smoked chicken
為了寫這篇食記,我有翻翻別人寫過的。B兄果然是內行人。松子燻雞我瞧著就是這間的必點之一。
In order to write up this article, I searched the web a bit and found that B knew, indeed, what he was doing! This smoked chicken was one of the must-eats! 
燒餅 Sesame buns
醬肉 Braised pork
醬肉跟燒餅得一起點。因為要把醬肉包在燒餅裡頭一起吃才夠味。我瞧著這也是必點呢!
The pork should be eaten with the bun. Stuff the pork in the bun like a sandwich. It was also one of the must-eats that B had ordered.
 
褡褳火燒 Fried dumplings
這也是大家大推的一道。其實就是巨無霸鍋貼來著吧!
只是不好意思這天因為忙著聊天,燒餅包醬肉的照片沒拍到,鍋貼裡長啥樣子也一樣沒拍到。想知道...就自己去嘗嘗看吧 XD
This is basically gigantic pan-fried dumplings. Most of the articles I found online also highly recommended this dish.
At this point, I must appologize for not taking any photos of the stuffings, as we were busy chatting away! 
香椿豆腐 Xiangchun Tofu
雖然我日前吃素很喜歡香椿,但這道香椿豆腐當天並沒有受到好評。有點可惜了。
I used to like xiangchun a lot when I was a vegetarian. But unfortunately, this dish did not seem to be very popular during this meal.
荷葉餅 Chinese pan cake
合菜代帽 Sauted veggies and vermicelli covered with egg cap
荷葉餅是拿來包代帽的。此時的我食慾才要剛剛恢復,所以這道我並沒有嘗到。然後也是顧著聊天,裡面長啥樣子也是一樣忘了拍!
A portion of the veggies with the egg cap should be wrapped in the pan cake. Well, I was only slowly recovering from my lost of appetite during my first trimester, so I didn't get to taste this. I had also forgotten to take a picture of what it looked like inside the egg cap. 
水梨沙拉 Pear salad
最讓我驚艷的是這一道!我猜應該是季節性的吧!不過他真的好好吃!我看大家都只夾個一兩分,我自己卻是很不要臉的幾乎吃的半碗去了!
The most amazing dish was this pear salad! I can't remember the name they gave it, but it was basically an appetizing fruit salad. I think I devoured most of it while the rest of the gang had only one or two servings each. (Ooops_
蔥爆牛肉 Fried beef with green onion
這是我這個孕婦很不要臉的要求要點的。但實際上他挺讓我失望的。肉炒得有點乾。不推。還是乖乖吃其他必點的吧!
I actually demanded this dish, but in reality, it turned out a bit disappointing. The beef was not tender at all. I think we should stick to the must-eats mentioned earlier in this article!
炸丸子 Deep fried meat balls
雖然當時我對炸物興趣缺缺,但我倒覺得這個丸子挺好吃的!
At the time I had lost interest in fried foods, but these meat balls were actually quite good!
酸辣湯 Sour and spicy soup
最後還有一到酸辣湯。因為大碗不在我能拍的範圍內,所以只能拍我程到小碗裡的畫面。
結論是,吃得很撐!聊得很愉快。
唯一讓我很不滿的是,B兄竟然搶著付錢,也不盡一點心意啊!!
Last, but certainly not least, there was the sour and spicy soup! The big bowl was out of my reach, so I could onlly get a photo from the helping I got in my small bowl. 
I might as well call the meal very satifying! We also had a very lovely chat! 
The only thing I was not quite happy about was that B insisted on paying the bill, and rejected my offer to share the bill!

說起來也奇怪了!自從懷孕之後就常常吃泰國菜(懷孕前都還沒那麼常吃)。我還在笑說,這都吃到北鼻都快變成泰國人啦!
這一陣子因為毛起來吃泰國菜,繼上次跟天仙爸媽吃過泰鑽之後,就想找時間來瓦城踢踢館。別誤會了!其實我們對瓦城的評價比你們想像中的高。不過它的價位真的也不算便宜。就CP質而言,平日嘴饞當然還是吃平價的就好了~
It is a bit strange, that I've been eating a lot of Thai food since I got knocked up. I didn't use to have that much Thai food before! I've been having so much Thai food that the baby's about to become Thai! 
After our last Thai meal, I wanted to come back to this place for comparison. Despite being a franchise, we actually quite like the place, more than you'd think. But it is rather expensive to dine here. So, naturally, we'd usually choose to dine at cheaper places .
瓦城最令天仙滿意的就是吃飯可以吃得像泰國人一樣:用湯匙叉子,而非用筷子。當然這樣吃不慣的還是可以用碗+筷子。而且就連米飯也可以選擇泰國米或台灣米。不過我們既然是來吃泰國菜,怎還能點台灣米來搭呢~
It was nice to see that the table was set with a large plate and fork and spoon - eat like a Thai! Of course, you can still ask for chopsticks if you're not used to eating this way. There is also a choice of Thai rice and Taiwan rice. Since we're here for Thai food, that's all the reason for getting Thai rice! 
這次讓我最滿意的就是瓦城的大薄片。這整盤幾乎都是我吃掉的。它的醬汁夠酸,非常的下飯!
Here's that thinly sliced pork salad I mentioned in the last article. This is a much better version of it! I, alone, must have finished 2/3 of it! 
為了與泰鑽一較高下,老爸還是點了一個冬粉蝦煲。顏色看起來是對了,但天仙爸還是不太滿意。天仙顧著吃別的菜,竟忘了嘗一口這道!
In order to make a comparison, I indulged my dad by ordering this shrimp potted vermicelli again. It looked more like what we're used to, but my dad was still not satisfied. I was so busy tending other dishes, that I had completely missed this dish!
瓦城的打拋加了番茄,不過因為沒有洋蔥,我們給他大大的加分。而且湯汁也沒有太多。非常的適中。不錯!
We gave a high score to their khrapao (pork), seeing they did not add any onion. And although there was still a bit of sauce, it was within an acceptable range.
這道綠咖哩雞,其實也不錯。這道雖然天仙自己也會,不過因為平時不愛咖哩,所以就連去餐廳也都很少會點來吃。若真的要天仙吃,這還得淋上一點魚露,天仙才會覺得真的好吃呢!
Green curry chicken was not bad. Although I can make this at home, I don't make it very often. I don't really enjoy curry that much, so we only occasionally order this dish. And when I do have this, I must have some fish sauce with it! 
這就是瓦城號稱的特殊醬汁。其實不過就是魚露加辣椒罷了啊。
Allegedly this is their special sauce, but it's actually just fish sauce with chilli. 
香葉包雞。點餐時天仙爸就覺得CP值太低了。不過因為台北的香米home(文末有連結)有賣,天仙想做個比較。結論是,瓦城稍微遜色些。香米home的比較嫩,瓦城的比較乾柴。有點後悔點了這道!
Pandan leaf chicken. My dad thought it was not worth the price, but I had wanted to compare it with this other Thai place I'd been before in Taipei. In the end, I think the place in Taipei won! This chicken was a bit too dry! 
喔!當然也少不了蝦醬空心菜啦!
用餐快結束的時候,店經理來詢問用餐狀況是否滿意。我們原本想要敷衍了事隨便回他幾句就好。沒想到老爸竟然直接回經理說:不滿意!不道地!
我跟老公還有天仙媽在一旁看了真是快冒冷汗了。老爸講話也太直了吧!後來老爸跟經理解釋,我們在泰國住了很多年,所以很期待可以吃到到道地的味道,回味一下!後來我見經理臉都快綠了,急忙解釋:不錯吃啦!真的!!(汗)啊就真的沒有很難吃啊... Orz
這次我們點的剛剛好!因為都有吃完。而且還有一點空間可以吃甜點。(雖然大家都數不清到底吃了幾碗飯了)
Of course, there was also some veggies to go with the meal. 
As we were almost done, the manager came by and asked us how the meal was. My dad surprised all of us by being a bit too frank! He told the manager straight to his face that the food was not authentic enough! He explained that we had lived in Thailand for many years, and wanted to come and get a taste of 'home'. Seeing the awkward expression on the manager's face, I quickly added that the meal was not bad, not bad at all! (Just because it wasn't authentic, didn't mean it had to be bad)
We ordered just the right amount this time, so there was still room for dessert. (Although we'd all lost count of how much rice we had)
於是我們點了摩摩喳喳。只點了兩份,因為其實我們家對冰品都不太愛,所以怕吃不完,但又想嘗鮮~
We ordered two servings of burbur chacha. We weren't big on desserts nor icy dishes, so two was enough to share amongst us. 
一上桌,我看這怎麼跟桌上的DM差這麼多呢?(可以退回去叫他做一份一模一樣的嗎?XD)
As the dessert was served, we thought it looked quite different from the picture they placed on the table! I wondered if I could return it and ask them to make one exactly like the one in the picture! 
不過攪拌過後,就稍微有點像了啦... ^^"

上次文中提到的泰國傳統藝術照[點入看舊文]就位於曾幾何時清邁最熱鬧的夜市裏頭。不過就在第一天晚上跟友人吃飯時,她就提醒我,現在的Night Bazaar已經不比從前了!東西不多,還是一樣貴,人群也逐漸變少了。現在只能拿來騙騙不知情的旅客。而現在正夯的,則是位於Thapae城門周圍的Walking Street。朋友再三叮囑我一定要去!把我們載回飯店的一路上說了一共有十次之多吧!既然這麼堅持,我們當然是要來看看!
The last Chiang Mai article I posted was about the photo shoot in traditional Thai clothing [click to see]. The place was located within the 'night bazaar'. Upon dinner on the night of our first arrival, my friend told me that we might as well skip the night bazaar. There were not as many vendors, and the stuff sold there were still just as expensive (rip off). The place to go now, was the Walking Street by the Thapae Gate of the moat. During the drive back to the hotel, my friend must've said ten times that we simply must go there! So, there was absolutely no reason why we should skip this so-called 'Walking Street'. 
其實從原本的Night Bazaar走過來路途並不遠。天仙從小在這習慣被車子載,而且都有人帶路自己不用記路。好在天仙的方向感還算不錯!憑著記憶帶著當時還是未婚夫的老公走了過來,一看才知道:不得了了!真的熱鬧極了!
It was not far to walk from the Night Bazaar to Thapae Gate. I was so used to being driven around when I was younger, and there would normally be someone to lead the way. Fortunately my sense of direction did not fail me. So it wasn't difficult to find our way to the Walking Street. As we approached it, we realised why my friend had insisted on us coming here!
因為一周才這麼一次,所以湧進了非常龐大的人潮。這裡泰文教做ถนนคนเดิน,直譯是「人走的路」。不過若要搭乘tuk tuk 或雙條車過來,其實跟司機說walking street,他們也會知道的!
Walking Street only happens once a week, which explains the crowd!In Thai, the place is called ถนนคนเดิน, literally meaning the street of the pedestrians'. If you plan to come here via tuk tuk or songthaew, you could simply tell the driver 'walking street', and they'll know where to take you.
雖然來到這的時候已經有點晚了,不過還是挺熱鬧的!
It was already running late when we got there, but there was still quite a lot to see.

芒果糯米飯!雖然看到不少次,卻找不到機會塞進肚子裡(又一個殘念!)
Mango sticky rice! We saw quite a few stalls during our travels there, but didn't manage to find a chance to stuff it into our tummies! 
很漂亮的燈,很想買但不知道怎麼帶回來!
I loved these lights, but wasn't sure how I could bring them back without ruining them! 
輕鬆無負擔的買了一大堆東西!
We were spending money like we won the jackpot! 
很難想像廣場旁就是寧靜的護城河。
It was strange to see the quiet moat beside the walking street! 
然後這些就是我們的戰利品!
And these were the goodies we brought home from the walking street! 
不用刻意去擔心自己的預算夠不夠用,盡情地買!真的是一種很棒的享受!
It was nice to be able to spend buy so much stuff without worrying so much about your budget! 
有些是送人的,有些是自己的。
Some were gifts, and some were for ourselves.
 
還好當時還沒懷孕,不然我想... 童裝就不可能只買這兩件了!
It was good that I was not yet pregnant then! Or else, there would be a lot more chidlren's attire in our collection of bought goods!

越是到了後期,行動就越不便。除了肚子還是會漸漸變得更大,體重也是增加了不少。走路走一小段不僅走得慢,也很容易累。就算是坐著,屁股也會不習慣這個新的重量而很容易就麻了。所以孕婦總是坐了又站,站了又走,走了又坐... 上次產檢時醫生有提醒:要注意宮縮。因為不懂宮縮是什麼感覺,醫生就解釋:如果肚皮硬硬的,就表示要休息了。如果休息之後變軟那就沒問題(算正常)。但如果還是一直硬硬的,最好先就醫啦!所以到了後期,孕婦的生活會變得很無趣。想去那兒,那兒都不能去。也不方便去。只能在家看看書聽聽音樂(總比看電視好...雖然很懶的時候還是會看)。那麼講到音樂,此時除了幫孕媽咪們放鬆之外,當然也可以順便進行胎教囉!
書籍跟網路上對於胎教有許多種說法。大部分都是說,等北鼻聽得見了再開始進行。不過天仙認為胎教越早開始越好。初期雖然北鼻可能聽覺還沒發展完全,但主要是要讓爸爸媽媽養成習慣。而天仙也認為,胎教並不是北鼻出生以後就再也用不到了。其實在北鼻出生後,這些音樂啦故事啦,還是有他們的功用在的。
雖然此篇分享大多以古典樂以及西洋圖書為主,不過這些也真的只是天仙個人的偏好。挑選胎教音樂跟故事讀本,除了要適合北鼻之外,當然重點也是要媽媽自己本身會喜歡的!媽媽聽了會放鬆、開心的,肚子裡的北鼻當然也會跟著安穩的成長。至於北鼻出生後,這些音樂跟故事讀本照樣可以在哺乳時,或安撫北鼻睡覺時用的上!而且北鼻一天一天地長大,先投資一點在故事讀本上面,等過幾年後,甚至可以拿來當閱讀的教材呢!(天仙實在想得有夠遠的!)唉喲!你買一本故事書也是錢,買十本也是錢。既然都要花錢了,當然是要用到夠本啊!
音樂
天仙剛開始接觸古典樂的時候,其實也不知道從何開始。如果你跟早期的天仙一樣,不會排斥古典樂,甚至是喜歡但只是不知道從何挑起,那麼希望以下這些介紹會對你有幫助。除了可以做為準爸準媽的胎教音樂之外,任何人在念書或是配上一杯咖啡,也是可以陪伴你度過一個愜意的午後的!
對於古典樂,天仙絕對不是專家(差的可遠了!)。與其說介紹,不如說分享。跟各位說說當初在接觸時如何下手的。現在網路資源很豐富。不需要一開始就花大筆錢投資在CD上。天仙也建議,不要一開始就只聽單一個作曲家的作品。如果要下手買,可以買精選合輯之類的。也強烈建議不要從比較冷門的開始。例如:華格納(Wagner)的音樂不一定人人都愛。天仙也是聽了很久的古典樂才開始習慣華格納的。交響曲雖好聽,但有些快板的不一定適合"放鬆"反而比較"振奮"。其實可以從簡單的鋼琴獨奏或奏鳴曲開始。而除了鋼琴之外,小提琴跟撥弦古鋼琴(harpsichord)的聲音也都很適合放鬆心情,作為胎教音樂。

泰國菜裡面,天仙會做的不多。會的這幾樣呢,又都需要泰國來的醬料包來協助。唯一可以完全就地取材的料理,應該就是這一道了!涼拌冬粉雖然有些餐廳裡有供應,不過天仙吃來吃去都覺得味道好像不太對。在泰國吃的呢,好吃歸好吃,但天仙每次都覺得冬粉好少!其實正宗的是這樣沒錯~冬粉少少的,然後各式各樣的料很多這樣。不過天仙實在很愛這道菜的味道。所以呢,天仙要把這道小菜變成主食!因此冬粉的量變得非常的多。如果只想把他當配菜,冬粉就減量,其他的料可以增量,也可以換成自己喜歡的(例如海鮮之類的)。
炎熱的夏天來吃這種涼拌的東西啊,最好了!而且自動手做,要多酸要多辣自己都可以調整。接下來就讓我們來看看到底要怎麼做: 
所需食材:
冬粉:2把
檸檬:3-4顆
魚露:隨意
洋蔥:1顆
辣椒:隨意
香菜:隨意
木耳:2~3朵
貢丸:3-4顆
豬絞肉:1包
米酒:少許
做法:
因為冬粉要先泡過,所以這是要先做的!在等待冬粉泡軟的時候可以準備其他材料。
1. 絞肉先把他放到晚裡面去泡泡米酒去腥。也可以用炒得會比較香(只是大熱天的誰會想用炒的啊)用炒的就不用泡酒。若要用水煮的倒入米酒後靜置。
2. 接下來的準備就可以隨意調整順序:
洋蔥切好放置一旁(因為我不愛吃洋蔥,但這道沒洋蔥又不行,所以天仙才會切的超大塊!這樣比較好挑掉!)
辣椒看自己喜歡的辣度調整數量。想吃辣一點的就不要去籽。只想要拿來添加色彩的就把籽去掉。
檸檬看你買的是什麼品種的。最好是選軟一點的,不然把汁擠完你的手也快廢了!
以上這些東西可以先混合在一個碗裏頭,浸泡!讓檸檬汁跟洋蔥辣椒的味道先混合再一起。
此時可以先將鍋子準備好,倒入水煮沸。這鍋水很重要!因為等等我們就靠他一鍋到底了!
3. 木耳洗淨後切成自己喜歡的大小備用。
4. 貢丸可以些成兩半或更小(我覺得這次切得太大,可以再切小一點。這次買的是義X的,老公說很好吃。不過因為太大顆,有點搶了整道菜的風頭)
5. 香菜洗過後把葉子用手撥下,然後梗可以切成小段備用。
等這些料備好,我想冬粉也差不多軟了!
將冬粉丟進鍋子裡稍微煮一下。起鍋後放置一旁待冷卻(先不要丟入檸檬醬汁中因為現在還太會吸水!)。
冬粉處理完之後,把木耳、貢丸、絞肉這些也全部都煮熟(可以分開也可以一起,隨意。建議木耳跟貢丸可以一起,絞肉可以分開煮)
要將這些東西全部拌在一起之前,請先將差不多已經冷卻的冬粉,用剪刀稍為的剪一剪!等一下比較好拌開!
接下來就把全部的材料(包括檸檬醬汁跟香菜梗)都丟在一個大碗裡攪拌均勻。所以說,冬粉不剪斷的話,會很難攪拌!攪拌的同時,依照自己喜好灑一點魚露接著繼續拌勻。
最後,再將香菜的葉子撒在上面就完成囉!

繼上次終於吃到慶城街海南雞飯之後,我跟老公決定擇日來吃吃看也廣受好評的文慶雞。光看大家的食記,我原本以為我會更愛這一間。所以才會跟老公說,我們一定要先吃慶城街的才能吃這裡!
When I had finally gotten a chance to taste the famous Hainan chicken at Chingcheng Street, it was time to taste this Boon Keng Chicken. From the photos I had seen online, I thought that I would like this place better. That's why I told my other half that we must try the Chingcheng chicken first! 
菜單明顯看出選擇非常的多。不過我們今天的重點還是海南雞。
There are many more choices here, but our main target is hainan chicken. 
剛入座時端來的小菜,我們一樣也沒拿。初次來到這裡,像個無頭蒼蠅一樣。想要好好的研究一下怎麼點才好。店員來個兩三次後我們才決定好要怎麼點。
They'd serve you some small appetizers, but we didn't take any. It was our first visit here, and we weren't quite sure what to do with ourselves. We studied the menu and finally ordered after the waitress had come over for the third time!
牆上有很多名人的簽名。原來連吃慣五百塊便當的連家公子也來過。
There are many signatures of famous people on the walls. Most notably the recent scandalous Taipei mayor candidate! 
桌上有提醒,每週六店休。別白跑一趟了。
The little note on the table reminds you that the place is closed on Saturdays. 
另外,桌上也都有三語菜單可以參考。不過還是出現了小typo... (Main cause是啥啊~~)
There are also trilingual menus! But there appears to be a small typo! 
首先上桌的是空心菜。味道有點重。不過剛好可以下飯。
First up is our veg of the meal. It was a bit too salty, but I thought it went well with the rice. 
一盤單點的海南雞。有含我不愛的雞胸肉,所以這盤都是老公在吃。
Hainan chicken - this was a regular plate, with chicken breast and all. I didn't fancy chicken breast that much. 
再來一盤海南雞腿肉。
This plate, with the drumstick and thigh, was for me. 
肉質是很好。也有淡淡的海南雞該有的香味。
The meat was nice and tender. Pretty tasty! 
淋上雞油的飯。
一口雞肉一口飯,是還不錯吃。
The rice had the taste of the chicken oil mixed in it. Went really well with the chicken itself.
我覺得這是有點奢侈多點的... 沙嗲組合。豬雞牛都各來兩串。我覺得豬肉表現得最好。不過卻也因為這一道讓我們這餐的預算破表了。
I have to admit that this was something we shouldn't have ordered. The satay mixture of chicken, pork, and beef were all really good (mind you the pork was actually the best of all), but it also made this meal cost beyond our budget! 
不過當時沒想這麼多。竟然還追加了一份摩摩喳喳!真是腰瘦喔~
是說,這裡摩摩喳喳還真的是我見過最有份量的耶!兩個人吃都還吃得很過癮。
We weren't thinking about our budget then, so we still ordered dessert! 
But just look at this bubur chacha! It was the most amazing variation I had ever seen!
